    Our intervention o this project is by phases. The rst phase o our intervention is to capture the youthattention by creating an urban program that is suitable or attracting the youth. By injecting a relevantprogram that is suitable or the youth can give an increase number o Poznan population thus giving apolitical balance back to the city. The program that we create will nurture the youth and provide themwith education and entertainment.

    How to relate between

    culture and youth

    WHY

    Poznan city exist since the rst Polish rulers have

    settled. The Old City crowded with churches and

    colourul houses, the building is a collage o archi-tectural styles that reviews Poznan as a historic city.

    But why most o the buildings in The Old City

    o Poznan have grafti? Is it the youth not

    have activity or their interest? Or The Old City

    o Poznan is bored or them?

    The diagram shows that the children,

    youth and adult population are de-

    crease since 2004 until 2008. Most o

    them migrate rom the Poznan City to

    other city in Poland. The question is,

    Whos going to develop City o Poznan

    in the uture?

    Population are the most important to create more den-

    sity and more activity to the city. The community will ge-

    nerate more economy to sustain their live and growth

    city economy. The most suitable group to develop Po-

    znan City is youth. Our aim o this urban intervention is

    to inject new program to the Old City that appropriate

    with new generation o Poznan.
