    Berth productivity: 50 moves per hour Vessel Operating Rate: 55 moves per hour Gross Crane Productivity: 25 moves per hour

    Net Crane Productivity: 27 moves per hourThroughput: 60,000 teus

    KEY ACCOUNT ABI LITIES

    Plan vessel and yard operations effectively in order to meet theannual throughput target.

    Manage Resources to their optimum level so that all the terminaloperations run smoothly.Manage development of processes to ensure the high productivity.Train the human resource in order to ensure that the operationsstaff is fully equipped with the necessary skills and experience toachieve high level of performance.Manage documentation and gates to ensure smooth and fastertransactions to achieve the monthly targets.Liaise with customs (PACCS) for smooth examination/containersealing/ weighment/ confiscation process in order to achieve thehigh efficiency level.
