To avoid such situations watched in the previous video, Mr. Matthew himself shall
take the following initiatives if he is not interested in coaching programme.
He must learn the fact that the key to anger reduction is knowing yourself .
GENERAL
At work place:
Do important jobs before they become urgent.
When you commit mistakes learn from them
rather than getting angry.Organizing your mind, your desk for six minutes
every hour will help you.
ask stupid questions to avoid mistakes.
you cannot change others as easily as you can
change yourself.

Three Stage Anger Management
Anger management can be divided into three stages
Managing anger before it even shows in:Manage your anger before it manages you. This is the prevention is better than cure
approach.
This is actually the only effective technique for anger management.
Managing anger when you are angry:There are no fool-proof techniques available for anger management at this stage. This is the mostdifficult stage to manage because you are the person who is angry and you are the person who is to
manage yourself.
Release the stress (stored due to anger) in a way in which there is least possible harm to self,
others, and the environment.
Breath deeply. Inhale deeply and hold for a second or two. Then exhale deeply. Repeat a few times.
Managing anger after your anger:a) Analizing and finding out the root cause.
b) Repairing and restoring

programme then few methods can be followed. To
manage his anger and control his outbursts.
