The PCR and RT-PCR tests you requested for the detection of WSSV, IHHNV, TSV,YHV,IMNV, PvNV, NHP-B, V. parahaemolyticus and AHPND/EMS have been completed. Thesample of Frozen California Squid Sea Wave (Lot# M66723) L. opalescens arrived on August 4tr,2015 in good condition. Information about when and where the sample was collected was notprovided. Representative samples (40mg to 42mg) were collected for DNA and RNA extractions.wsSV, IHHNV, TSV, YHV, IMNV, PvNV, NHP-8, v. parahaemolyticus and AHPND/EMSwere not detected in the samples tested. The testing was completed on August 6th,2015. Asummary of the tests and results is provided on the following page.
