As the GA is approaching fast, this would be our last update and on behalf my OC, I’d like to thank everyone who had
been very patient and constantly supporting us throughout.

On our candidature, we have stated the GA would take place from August 6th to August 12th however we have little choice but to post-pone the
dates to August 9th to August 15th due to the delay in the voting results by 7 days, the hotel had to open up the venue for another function. We have
tried in all ways to have the same dates unfortunately it did not work in our favour.
