Your tasks will include: • Managing Aliter’s payable positions and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collecting. • Preparing and (re)structuring monthly reporting cycles. • Developing and owning the KPI dashboard. • Preparing and supporting financial audit and liaising with external accountant. • Initiating new projects to optimize finance operations. • Managing and improving cash flow and credit facilities. • Maintaining and creating data management quality and structures. • Maintaining a continuous focus on improving efficiency company-wide. • Supporting the HR officer. • Ensuring quality and accuracy of all tax-related issues and returns. What you should bring to Aliter: • You are a self-starting, energetic, driven and fun personality. • You like to take and get responsibility for your own market results. • You have the entrepreneurial mindset of a business(wo)man. • You are result orientated and have great commercial and communication skills. • You are a ‘hunter’ by mentality, you welcome challenges like cold calling. • You are fluent in one European language and speak excellent business English. • You are young at heart but wise in mind. Age does not tell us a lot, energy does. • It would be great of course if you have experience in IT. But we believe that every intelligent, curious person can learn what’s needed to be good in this role and we will help you with that. Personality and attitude are much more important than experience. Ambitious and eager to learn, you’ll rock the finance space at Aliter and have your sights set on one day becoming CFO.
