Purpose?• The Financial Assessment Team is in place to ensure

that those Post Offices that go through the NT Programme are Financially Viable, Profitable and Self Sustainable.

• We also are responsible in ensuring full, up to date records of all information in regards to Financial Assessments as we are handling tax payers money therefore being compliant to Audits by the Government if they so please.

• We exist also to prevent closures of any Branch by making all the information given the most accurate possible, thus portraying the perfect picture of the Branches actual Financial Situation.

Independent Activities Chris – Cross check all the Main FA’s that are completed

online and chasing missing documents/ Prepare the profit and loss (multiple assessment template)/Proximity Analysis

Don & Shyam – Ensuring Financial Assessments that Agents complete are in accordance with what the Finance team criteria

Dennis – Manages Business Opportunities which is the advertisement for Agents that opt to leave the Post Office

Aysha – Maintain Branch Ads, Manage RAPO and ensures smooth running of the Biz Ops

Anthony/Georgina – Maintain ADHOC Ads, ADHOC Survey Requests and upload MI Data

Samuel – Control of Proximity Analysis David – FA’s, Biz Ops, Proximity Analysis Lead
