1. Reprogramming your mindset

It is better to have a hen tomorrow than an egg today.

2. Knowledge, understanding and wisdom are the 3 ingredances needed to become wealthy. To become wealthy you need basically three things:

•The knowledge of what to do and;•Understanding.•The discipline/wisdom to practice the things to be done.

Proverbs 4:7 (NIV) 7 Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom.

Though it cost all you have get understanding.

3. Choose to become financially wise.

The question is: Is it better to buy big or small?

R125,000 at 10% interest for 30 years.Financing R115,000.

His payments are R1 000 a month for 30 years, so he pays R360 000 for His R125 000 home.

R70 000 at 10% interest for 7 years.Financing R60 000.

His payments are R1 000 a month for 7 years.

Took his R70 000 and bought a R125 000 home next to Bill Big.Financing R55 000 (R125 000 minus R70 000) for 7 additional years at 10%.

After 7 years, Sam owned his R125 000 home, debt free.

5. Grow what you have little by little

Proverbs 13:1111 Dishonest money dwindles away, but he who gathers money little by little makes it grow.
