Finca La Hermosa is an estate, but functions like a small
cooperative. The 29 producer-members operate their
land together in the hope of gaining better market
access and improving production output.
In total, they produce about 4400 "quintales" of coffee
per year -- just over 1000 132-pound bags.
We liked this coffee for its classic Guatemalan profile:
complex, sweet, and soft with citrus and floral
characteristics.
Tasting Notes: Citrus brightness with floral aromas. Sweet, soft finish.

Brewing Highlights:We liked this coffee with steeping methods: the
immersion brewer and press pot were favorites.
