QUILT ASSEMBLYRefer to quilt photo for placement of fabrics.

Wagon Wheel BlockThese instructions are to make 1 block. Refer to the block diagram for fabric placement. Sew an off white solid triangle to an assorted print triangle. Press. Repeat to make 4 Triangle Units. Sew 2 Triangle Units to opposite sides of a 67/8” assorted print square. Press. Sew the 2 remaining Triangle Units to the 2 remaining opposite sides to create the Wagon Wheel Block. Repeat to make 25 Wagon Wheel Blocks.

Sashing and Wagon Wheel BlockRefer to quilt photo for fabric placement. Sew a yellow stripe 1½” x 9½” rectangle to a Wagon Wheel Block. Repeat to make a row with 6 sashing rectangles and 5 Wagon Wheel Blocks. Make 5 rows labeled A.

Posts and SashingRefer to quilt photo for fabric placement. Sew a red words 1½” square to a yellow stripe 1½” x 9½” rectangle. Repeat to make a row with 6 square posts and 5 sashing rectangles. Make 6 rows labeled B.

Quilt Center AssemblyRefer to quilt photo for row placement. Lay out rows A and B. Sew rows together to complete the center of the quilt.

BordersSeam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border pieces. Sew side borders first.

Border 1Side borders should be 51½”. Top and bottom borders should be 53½”.

Border 2Side borders should be 53½”. Top and bottom borders should be 63½”.

Finish quilt by layering the quilt top, batting, and back. Bind with your favorite Riley Blake fabric from the Scoot Collection. Have fun with your colors and enjoy the journey of making your quilt.
