CUTTING REQUIREMENTSPlease read instructions first before cutting. Seam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border pieces. Add ¼” seam allowance to flower circles, leaves, and stems if necessary for your favorite method of appliqué. Reverse leaves if using fusible appliqué.

QUILT ASSEMBLYRefer to the quilt photo for placement of fabrics.

Quilt CenterReferring to quilt photo for placement of flower circles, leaves, and stems, use your favorite method of appliqué to sew the pieces to the aqua dot 32” x 41” rectangle.

BordersSeam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border pieces. Sew border strips together end to end if necessary to get the length needed. Sew side borders first.

Border 1Refer to the quilt photo for placement of assorted print 5” squares. Sew 9 assorted print 5” squares together for the right side border. Sew 9 assorted print 5” squares together for the left side border. Sew the right and left side borders to the quilt center.

Sew 7 assorted print 5” squares together for the top border. Sew 7 assorted print 5” squares together for the bottom border. Sew an aqua dot 5” square and a pink dot 5” square to each end of the top and bottom borders. Sew the top and bottom borders to the quilt center.

Border 2Side borders should be 50”. Top and bottom borders should be 44”.

Finish quilt by layering the quilt top, batting, and back. Bind with your favorite Riley Blake fabric from the Primrose Garden Collection. Have fun with your colors and enjoy the journey of making your quilt.
