The fi re detector GSME is the classic model of the ADICOS – series with the advanced multiple-criteria technology for gas sensors. If the units are equipped with the M-Bus network system, all measuring values and operating conditions like alarm and fault as well as certain internal conditions for the fault diag-nosis of all units can be displayed and recorded on one central computer.
Aside from a remote diagnosis and service support by the manu facturer for all connected units, it is also pos-sible to carry out an update of the evaluation algorithms and the stored knowledge basis via modem.
The supply lines are connected via a central plug and socket connection with bayonet fi tting. The unit does not have to be opened to carry out this task.
An exchange is possible during ongoing operation.
