Benefits for social housing landlordsThe Re:allies Fire Risk & Mitigation Framework has been developed to ensure the properties our members manage are safe and compliant, providing a one stop procurement framework that guarantees substantial cost savings by using collaborative purchasing strategies.

Landlords also benefit from benchmarking across a range of suppliers and contractors to ensure true best value is preserved. Added social value measures are also embedded to maximise the framework’s positive impact in local communities.

Employment and trainingFramework contractors are required to offer a minimum of two full-time training opportunities per £1million project value spent through the framework, supporting local people to start their career. Re:allies targeted support ensures training opportunities connect with the local community.

User friendly processThe Framework is backed by an extensive database of capability and price information to assist contractor selection, mini competition process and the efficient award of contracts. All our frameworks use our advanced online Schemes Plus procurement system.

Accredited contractorsContractors on Lots 1, 3 and 4 are required to hold independently verified accreditations such as BAFE SP2015, Loss Prevention Certification Board LPS 1014 and 1048, FIRAS, International Fire Consultants Certification, National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC), Approved Contractor Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA), or equivalents. There are no mandatory accreditations for Lot 2 but landlords have the ability to use capability to select.

Speed, certainty and savingsThe framework is compliant with UK and EU procurement legislation, saving up to 77 days on the procurement process. Our frameworks provide excellent efficiency in terms of procurement time scales and added value.

FlexibilityThe varying forms of the JCT, or any standards for maintenance or construction contracts, are available under the framework offer as tailored solutions to meet any project requirements.

Community investment fundingSurplus generated through the framework is gifted to Re:allies’ charitable organisations Re:vision and EN:Able Communities. Both are registered with the Charities Commission and distribute the funds to local employment and community groups located within member landlord communities to support social and economic regeneration.
