What is fire made of?

In order to make fire, we need 3 things. The 3 things are Fuel, heat, and

oxygen. Fire is visible energy. Fuel is something that burns. When the heat converts

the fuel into gas and this gas combines with the oxygen, it makes fire. Without any of

these, the fire wouldn’t happen.

What causes the fire?

There are different types of fire that causes. The first one is caused by the nature around us.

Such as wood, paper, rubber, and more. The second types are from the liquid. The liquids are

something like oil, petrol, diesel, paint, and many more. We could prevent this kind of fire if we

are more careful. The third types are from the electricity. It causes when we have wet hands and

plug in the electrical cord into the socket. We just need to know that it is dangerous to plug in

the electrical cord into the socket. The fire can happen when it involves magnesium, aluminum,

titanium, sodium, and potassium.

The Uses of fireThere are many uses of fire, but it could be bad or good. It depends on how you use the fire. It

could be used as an energy source or if people are not careful, it might burn their skin. We need

fire to fry eggs, or if you want to have a hot soup, you need fire. Also fire can be beautiful like fire

works or fire show. The people who live in the island need fire to survive, but sometimes bad

things can happen by the fire. For Example like burning your skin accidentally or there might be a

person that is bad that wants to burn your house down.

Conclusion

Fire can be dangerous, but also fun and beautiful to look at. In fire there are different

kinds of colors. There are red, orange, yellow, or maybe blue. You should enjoy

looking at the fire. It’s amazing. Everybody can have fun with fire, but only if they

follow this rule.

1: Never go close to fire unless there are adults beside you. Have fun!

Glossary

Oxygen- Oxygen is air around us. Without oxygen we can’t live.

Fuel- Fuel is a source when you make fire. It is also something that burns.

Socket- The socket is a white object that has holes that fit for the electrical cord to

go in.

Tony was born in Korea. When he moved to Shanghai, China. He started having

interest in Fire. He wanted to write about fire, so Tony decided to research about fire

and write a story about it. Now he knows the basic information about fire and shared

about fire to everybody.
