Go to the Content area of your class in ICON using FireFox v.23…. click on the link to a recorded lecture.
Go to the Content area of your class in ICON using FireFox v.23…. click on the link to a recorded lecture.
Notice you get a blank screen.
Click on the icon to undock the window.
You still have a blank screen. Click on the shield icon.
When you click on the shield icon a dialogue box appears. Select the popup menu in the lower right corner of the box.
Select the “Disable Protection on This Page”.
Your recorded lecture or multimedia should now load.
