Long Range Facility Master Planning
A Long-Range Strategic Facilities Plan is the tool MBA develops to help clients plan for the future. It's a prov-en, systematic approach that allows you to adequately anticipate and budget for necessary maintenance, up-grades, repairs and replacement of building systems, including energy upgrades which can result in mainte-nance and operating cost savings and rebates.MBA examines every facet of your building operations. Site visits provide important information about build-ing condition and uses. Discussions with clients shed light on immediate needs and those on the horizon. We then use this information to identify facility needs, pri-orities, alternatives and recommendations, including options and Probable Costs for renovation of current facilities, additions to current facilities, abandonment of current facilities and/or construction of new facili-ties.Clients across the region have discovered that a Long-Range Strategic Facilities Plan is an invaluable tool to appropriately analyze your facilities, gain interest and support and reach consensus on formulating a plan of action to provide adequate facilities for current and fu-ture needs.Educational:Thief River Falls School DistrictCathedral of Christ the KingSchool District of SuperiorWashburn Public SchoolsPark Falls School DistrictSchool District of MapleEly School DistrictDuluth Public Schools-Central High SchoolMesabi Community CollegeVermillion Community CollegeReligious:Cathedral of Christ the KingUnited Protestant Church of Morgan ParkConcordia Lutheran ChurchFirst United Methodist ChurchGovernmental/Civic:Spirit MountainIron World Discovery CenterMN/DOT Duluth District HeadquartersCommercial/Industrial:Cliffs Minerals/Northshore MiningElk's LodgeAllete/Minnesota PowerHousing:UMD Old MainSuperior Housing Authority*projects listed were while at other firms
