As the harvest winds down and we have a few snowy
or frosty mornings, and many towns have their
Christmas parades, it’s a time to begin to prepare for
the celebration of the birth of our savior. We tend to
busy ourselves with all the physical aspects, but we
should allow some time and energy to help us
prepare spiritually. Recognizing how important this
is, our church has the season of Advent, which
consists of the 4 Sundays prior to
Christmas. This advent
season, we should seek to
deepen our relationship with
Jesus, so we can embrace more of
what Christ has to truly offer this
Christmas.
Have a Blessed Christmas
