Disciple Maker Index Survey is Officially Open!! WE ARE CALLED FOR MORE!
The Archdiocese of Milwaukee is participating in an initia-
tive by the Catholic Leadership Institute. This initiative re-
quires the gathering of information about each parish and
will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and
enable you to provide feedback on our parish's efforts to
help you grow. The survey results will provide feedback to
Fr Ricardo, the staff, and our many volunteers as we seek
ways to best support everyone in their discipleship jour-
ney.
The Survey is now available for you to take be-
tween February 23rd through March 23rd .
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, and is
available:
Online at www.disciplemakerindex.com
By obtaining a paper copy at the parish entrance. Please
return your completed paper copy, no later than March
23rd, and put it in the survey box located in the church
vestibule.

YOUR RESPONSES WILL BE HELD IN STRICT CON-
FIDENCE, as they are processed by the Catholic Leader-
ship Institute, and you will not be asked any personal identi-
fying information. The parish will only receive information
about the community as a whole. Thank you for your time
in taking the survey. If you have any questions, please feel
free to contact Sandy Piper at 262-989-6346.
