First Veterinary Clinical Cases Conference-2021 Objectives

To facilitate a platform for presenting various clinical case reports to the

students of all constituent and affiliated veterinary colleges of RAJUVAS,

Bikaner which will help to imprint the research and diagnostic modalities and

will also improve and develop academic interest among students.

Science, Bikaner- 334 001, Rajasthan, India is hosting the 1st Veterinary

Clinical Case Conference-2021 on “A Clinical Approach on health

management of Farm, Pet and Wild Animals” on 27-28, October, 2021 by

Virtual mode to motivate the intern, M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. students so that they

can present as well as acquire their clinical skills.

Who can participate?

The Intern, M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. students of all constituent and affiliated

Colleges of RAJUVAS are eligible to participate in the conference.

Guidelines for abstract submission

Clinical case study of individual animal including Medicine, Surgery and

Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Wild & Zoo Animal, Avian and Equines are

invited. Clinical case report/ study/ findings should be relevant with subjects

of technical sessions only. Every participating student has to submit

abstracts along with duly signed certificate of original work by the Heads of

the Departments/ VCC Incharges.

Abstract should contain font Times New Roman, Size: 12, Spacing: 1.5,

Word count- 250 (Maximum) Details of presenting author: Name, Email and

Mobile number should be mentioned Deadline of submission: 24 October

2021 Mode of submission: Soft copy of abstracts (MS word) and Scanned

copy of duly signed certificate by email only to clinicalconf2021@gmail.com The scientific committee will review the abstracts. Each student is eligible to

present only 1 abstracts in one session. The abstract submitted should not

have been presented elsewhere. All abstracts accepted for oral presentation

will be printed in the abstract compendium.

Rules of Clinical Case Presentation:

Power point presentation (PPT) limited to maximum 15 slides including

photographs, if any Time allotted: 7 minutes (Oral presentation = 5 minutes +

Discussion = 2 minutes)

Awards & Prizes :

(1st, 2nd & 3rd prize for each session) Prizes will be awarded based on

evaluation by a panel of eminent clinical jury. All the live participants will

receive participation certificate.
