Directions: On a large piece of construction paper, draw a tic-tac-toe board (make each space large enough to fit one fishbowl cut-out). Attach one fishbowl to each space on the board. Give each player five of the same color fish for their pieces. Play the game the same way you would play tic-tac-toe.
