Fitflop began with a mum’s vision to redefine the shoe industry by turningcomfy and ergonomic footwear into a fashion statement. From this boldvision, they have sold over 17 million pairs of footwear in 52 countries.

Fitflop was born out of desire to marry fashion withwellbeing. They have developed a range of footwear whichlook great but also helps wearers to tone up. Fitflop were ina unique position of experiencing rapid success butstruggling to get the right talent to drive this growth.

BPS had been working with Fitflop’s sister company - Soap& Glory for over 18 months, successfully filling 90% ofvacancies, and were then recommended to Fitflop.

BPS are passionate about promoting the Fitflop brandand has achieved this through advertising, word of mouthand targeted social media campaigns.

The results of this partnership have been mutuallybeneficial, with an 85% fill rate, significant reduction intime to hire, and increased brand awareness for Fitflop.
