Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga with Eylin Perez is a journey to yourself –through powerful postures and a flow of rhythmic movements you
will be made to sweat. A traditional Ashtanga practice follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa. Workout and unwind with the
energy of yoga. Includes meditative states and therapeutic relaxation periods.
Core flexibilityIncrease your abdominal and lower back area's strength while working on your hips flexibility.
Core strengthGet stronger abs and back muscles, to prevent lower back injuries and improve your posture.
