YFIT—This high intensity and effective workout combines
strength training using barbells, kettlebells, dumbells,
body-weight & other equipment with Plyometrics &
Metabolic Cardio Conditioning.
YFriday Fanatic/Weekend Warrior — High Intensity, non-
stop total body class guaranteed to rev up your heart
rate to finish off your week with a bang.
TRXFit— TRX®Fit combines intervals of bodyweight
suspension exercises using the TRX® system with an
intense combination of muscle conditioning exercising and
cardio inspired movements.

Boot Camp Boot Camp is a results-driven conditioning program that runs
twice weekly, at 60 minute durations per session. It is
conducted in an outdoor environment, utilizing a military-
style format, coupled with the most progressive , innovative,
and creative exercises in fitness. Boot Camp is also a great
way to get individualized attention while learning how to
enhance your health and perfect your routine.
Member: $15/month

Tue & Thurs: 9-10am; 6-7pm
HIIT A sports-inspired, interval training workout designed to build
strength and stamina. HIIT combines athletic, aerobic
movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

Personal Training Whether you are a novice to exercise, training to improve
performance in a sport, or need guidance and motivation to get
your fitness program on track, our certified personal trainers are
ready to create an individualized exercise program that will meet

KIDS & TEENS
Youth Fundamentals This class instructs teens how to work out safely and effectively
within the Y Fitness Center. It introduces basic muscle anatomy,
exercise concepts and guidelines, gym etiquette and safety
practices. Once youth have successfully completed the program,
they will be allowed to work out in Fitness Center without
parental supervision.
Ages: 13-15
Members: $40 (4 student minimum required to run class)
Session Schedule: Must complete entire session.
Class occurs every 2nd & 4th Monday &
Wednesday of each month 5:30-6:30pm

Afterschool Fit Clinic This program is designed to help teens and youth maintain/lose
weight and acquire an athletic edge. Kids will work with a
personal trainer and nutritionist in a group of their peers. They
will learn different methods of exercise and healthy and easy to
follow diet tips. Afterschool Fit Clinic will help kids develop a
lifestyle of healthy habits and build confidence.
Program runs through the school year
Ages: 10 and up

Y Kids Fun Fit Y Fun Fit is a wellness program dedicated to helping youth and
families engage in fun high-quality physical activity in order to
help combat the childhood obesity epidemic.
The program utilizes the SPARK curriculum, an evidence based
physical activity program, to deliver high quality exercise
programming through fun-filled physical activity games.
Program runs monthly.
Ages: 5-9 years
Member: FREE Non-Member: $25/month

Mon & Wed: 4:30pm
Karate Karate includes a great mixture of cardiovascular endurance,
strength, training and flexibility exercises designed to benefit
the whole body. Instructors at the Y continue to research the
best training methods known to the fitness world.
Ages: 5 and up
Member: $57/month* Non-Member: $82/month*

Wellness Orientation
Do you want to get into better shape? See and feel results? Lose some weight, feel more energy,
look more toned? Whatever your goals, you are more likely to be successful if you help us, help you.
Our staff will devote 30 minutes to help you get started with a basic exercise program, boost your
metabolism and teach you fundamental exercise principles and proper use of the machines. Come
dressed for exercise and ready for a light workout and you will be on your way!

Not many people think of the YMCA as a non-profit

What you can do at the Y if you’re:
Ages 8-9... - May not use the Fitness Center, unless with a Y program.
Ages 10-12... - Cardio Only, Parent must supervise at all times.
Ages 13-15... - Cardio/ strength equipment with Parental Supervision
- Attend Group Ex. Classes with Parental Supervision
- Cardio and strength training equipment without Parental Supervision if Youth Strength and Certification is successfully completed.
Ages 16-17... -May use cardio and strength training equipment
-May attend Group Exercise and Cycling Classes
