ENI will analyze historical data in critical areas such as student achievement, teacher retention, student mobility, graduation/drop-out rates, and discipline.

ENI professionals partner with your educators to develop customized action plans. We will focus on successful tactics for sustainable improvement.

ENI will target the structures and resources needed to support the most academically needy and devise multiple coordinated strategies for improvement.

ENI will work with you to determine the appropriate amount of teacher instruction as well as student practice—for differentiated learning styles—to reach success and will help to facilitate filling of any gaps in the instructional program.

ENI will collaborate with each school to implement rigorous pacing to ensure all standards are taught before state testing. At the same time, we develop aligned assessments to match your pacing.

ENI offers your organization convenient, web based access to assessments precisely aligned to standards (with detailed student progress reports.)

ENI transfers our methodologies to each school partner through workshops, practicums, and mentoring. ENI builds long-term sustainability through development of Instructional Leadership teams as well as professional learning communities.

ENI’s model fosters the development of best practices that are conducive to positive interactions between everyone associated with the school.

ENI partners with the schools, students, and their families to ensure a common commitment needed to increase student achievement.

TargetTeach® is ENI’s proven process for improved student and school performance. Using an adaptive, systematic program, we work with instructional leaders to improve school climate, instructional capacity, and student achievement.

The TargetTeach® process is supported with a full complement of professional development workshops, as well as job-based coaching for teachers and administrators.

A Meta-Analysis of TargetTeach® EffectivenessResearchers at Arizona State University conducted an independent meta-analysis of the effect of TargetTeach® and concluded that “student achievement after Target- Teach® implementation is associated with a statistically significant increase in passing scores for students in mathematics and reading. This indicates that, aside from district-level variables associated with implementation, student demographics, or teacher characteristics, the TargetTeach® tools made a difference in increasing student achievement.”
