Veterinary Officers( contractual) as Veterinary Officer, Class- I(Gazetted) in

the pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 + 5400/- Grade Pay with immediate effect

The terms and conditions of the regularization shall be as under:-

I.The candidate should be medically fit for the post obtaining the

. Medical Fitness Certificate in accordance with the provisions containedin FR 10 and SR 4( 1), 4(2) and 4(3) from State Level JvIedical Board in

Joining, on h~gularization of services, will only be accepted after theverification of character and antecedents asper H.P. Financial' Rules.3. The contractual appointees on regularization shall be appointed 3tthe minimum of the time scale of the post.

4. The posts are temporary but are likely to continu~ .. .

5. He/ she shall be on probation for a period oct\\'o years w.e.f. the date

of joining on regular basis subject to' such further extension not.-/ ...

~~ /"~ special circumstances to be produced in writing.~/,,,/ 6. He /she will be governed by the rules and orders in force from time

to time as applicable to the H.P.Govt. servants'

7. He /she will begoveme~ by Central Rules such as CCA Rules, 1965and Conduct Rules, 1964 as are applicable in Himachal Pradesh.8 The seniority of the above officers shall remain intact as per the

initial contract .appointment, who will be regularized as per poiicy inquestion, irrespective of their joining.

The appointment will be further subject to the production of the

foilowing terti ficates/dec larations:-

a) A declaration to the effect that the appointee has not/shall have notmore than one living spouse /shall not marry a person who have a

living spouse ..b) Taking an oath of allegiance /faithfulness to the Constitution of

India or making a solemn affirtmation to the effect.

If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to him/her,

he/she should report to the concerned Deputy Director(AH/B) within a period

of one month from the issuance of this notification, failing which his/her

appointment order shall stand cancelled and no further extensioil shall be

granted.

The above officers shall continue to work at the same station v"here

he was working on contract basis. However, they are reqLiired tojoin duty on

regularization and send joining report to this department. through proper

channel.
