• The order (Part.·n) relating to activities in regional Centres and additional fairs arebeing worked out separately. '

• Teams for "each event may be prepared by the 'concerned HoDs from their ownDivision in adJition to the approved names shown in Column'S~ The team for theevent wouJd require 'ED's approvaL "

the coming two years and identify the dates so thllt-the next' Calendar of Events ofITPO could be published by end March 2012;<1 . '. ,,; .:"

• All the events shall have the facility of e-filing of application, forms and e-paymentand will' also maintain a specific website of the event. The ITPO's website shall alsobe updated from time to time by the respective teams.

• Space allocation will be made by a Committee duly approved by the CompetentAuthority and will followthe pattern of Aahar and IITF..

• Bach even'twill have a Steering Committee comprising of select stake holders.,, .

••Each event shall have co-associates/co-organisers from' EPCs/State Chamber ofCommercelEPCsllocal organizations etc.

• The Fair Officer/team nominated will be responsible for initiation, mobilization andsuccess ul execu on the event. The main functions an responsibilities of&ffieerlProject In charge, are as follows:-

Fonnulation of RentalslBudget proposal and obtain approval of competeritauthorityMarketing the fair including preparing of mobilization letterlBrochurehighlighting benefits of participation through ITPO. Efforts to be made toinvolve EPCs/Commodity boards conceme4. based on product profile.Allocation/allotment of space to exhibitors 8s per the policy framework.Preparation/finalizationlIssuance of Budget and Remittance orders. .Submission of accounts and revenue statement to Finance Division within 30days of conclusion of the activity.Submission of files, completion report along with feedback from participants andother Qetails (brochure, invitation cards, press releases, fair guide etc.) of theevent to the respective Desk in Fair Services II Division within.2 months of theconclusion of the event.Deal with matters related to RTI, ParliJlllent Questions, Audit etc. for therespective event. .For feedback reports of the participants of select events an agency is appointed,the expenditure shall be included in the budget of the respective event.
