Flag of the 2nd American Revolution

February 2009

Jeffrey Allan McQueen of Detroit, Michigan designed and created the Flag of the

Second American Revolution in 2009, as the Tea Party Movement was just forming.

If you ask McQueen he’ll tell you: “Actually, Betsy Ross did most of the design work, I

just added the Roman Numeral “II” so the media and politicians wouldn’t have to hurt

their heads figuring out the meaning of this flag.”

McQueen also points out this flag has a deeper meaning . . . the “II” and 13 stars are also

there to remind us, there were “two” times in history “13” came together for all

mankind . . . 1) The Last Supper, where a faith was built on a “Foundation of Love,” and

2) when “13” colonies wrote a Constitution “framed in Freedom.” . . . with a foundation

of Love, framed in Freedom” the House of Liberty was built . . . and this house is a

beacon of hope for all mankind.

More Than a Symbol of the Tea Party

This flag symbolizes a reaffirmation of the beliefs and principles of our Founding

Fathers. That limited government is the best government, and that all men are created

equal with the God-given or unalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of

Happiness. This flag is a symbol of Love and Freedom . . . of LIBERTY for ALL!

At the 2010 912 March in Washington, D.C. McQueen was approached by the Larry

Pratt, Executive Director - Gun Owners of America, who looked at his flag and asked:

“Where can I get some of those Second Amendment flags?”

The Deputy Assistant Fire Chief for New York City, James E. Leonard, looked at the

Roman Numeral “II” on the flag and asked: “Where can I get some of those Twin Tower

flags?”

A teenager asked: “Why do you have a Pause Button in the middle of the 13 stars?”
