VSC Authorization Process
1. Vehicle taken to a pre-qualified vendor
2. Vendor calls VSC for authorization and PO
3. VSC Techs negotiate service and give Vendor PO# for services
4. Vendor completes work, faxes invoice to VSC and works with agency to get the vehicle back into service
5. VSC turns invoice over to Accounting for payment

House Bill 196 – Representative Hutchings
The attorney general may authorize [up to 28] law enforcement officers, as defined under Section 53-13-103 , who are employees in the Office of the Attorney General to use a state issued vehicle for official and [personal] commuter use
HB138Under Ground Storage Tank Amendments
Requires the Division of Environmental Response and Remediation to charge an additional fee for an underground storage tank with an annual throughput rate of 70,000 gallons or less.
Authorizes the Tax Commission to raise the environmental assurance fee to 13/20 cent per gallon on the first sale or use of petroleum in the state.
The estimated fiscal impact per year to the State Fuel Network is more than $100,000 per year
