To reach Fleetguard Access, simply type in the URL barcumminsfiltration.com and click on Fleetguard Access!
If you are already registered user, skip to slide 12.
If you are a first time user, you will need to register by clicking here.
Remember to fill out all fields marked *
Select the Order Management Inquiry checkbox and click
Register.
If your application was submitted
successfully, you will see this screen
followed by an email to the provided email
address.
Your account will then be processed by Cummins Filtration. Within one business day, you will receive an email about the status of your account. Based on the provided information, your account will either be approved
or denied. If your application is denied, please contact Customer Assistance for further information. If you are approved, the email will look

First, you must drill down in each category to find the location you are looking for if your view allows you to see more than one location!

Customer Part Number
Now enter a Part number. This part number can be in
three different forms.
Status:Message about the Available
Inventory. This message will change based
on the availability of the product.
Disclaimer:this message lets
all customers know that the
information is as valid as possible at the time it is
being displayed. The product
availability could change before you are able to place an order.
You can perform a “Quick Search” if you know one of the following:
Customer PO No.
Cummins Filtration Order No.
Location Code (this is for EDI Customers only and is the code they use to transmit their EDI orders)
Once here, you must drill down in each category to find the location you are looking for if your view allows you to see more than one location!
Order Status:Status = Open:
Some or all of the parts on
the order have not yet
shipped
Status = Shipped:
All parts on the order
have shipped
Shipment List:
Link to list of any shipments made for the
selection order. This link will be
grayed out if no shipments
have been made on the
order.
Estimated Shipping Date:Due Date or Promise Date This field is explained in detail in the FAQ section
This is the view you will see when you click on the “View Link’ in the Additional Information column.

you can click on it and you will be able to track the shipment!
Shipment Detail: Link to
Customer requested or
required notes on the
shipment (ex. Shipping instructions)

Note: Invoices are only kept in the system for 60 days. Once they are removed from view within Fleetguard Access, customers will need to call their Customer Service Representative to retrieve the invoice.
Here you can edit you Information, Password and Challenge information. Don’t forget to check the box beside “I Accept the Cummins Privacy Policy”.
Here you can edit you Manager’s Contact information and see which systems you
have access to. If the check box is gray, you already have access to
this system.
