Gear units

The FLENDER portfolio encompasses different models such as helical gear units, bevel-helical gear units, bevel gear units and planetary gear units as a standardized modular system or as highly specialized and individualized gear unit solutions. With standard gear units all add-on parts are part of the range.

Couplings

FLENDER couplings stand for maximum reliability, low maintenance and low investment and operating costs. Even when configured as a highly specialized individual solution our couplings also stand out through highest product quality and longevity.

Motors

Siemens manufactures geared motors, built-on motors, and electric motors that follow a modular system. Aside from standard motors Siemens also manufac-tures specialized motors for particular customer and production require-ments.

Converters

SINAMICS drives or SIMOTION motion control systems are part of the in-tegrated Siemens building block system for automa-tion. With the FLENDER planetary gear units Siemens also offers gear unit solutions for high performance ranges. With 27 different installation sizes and 5 basic

modules torque ranges may reach up to 2,600,000 Nm and transmissions may reach ratios of up to 4,000:1. Whether as shaft-mounted or solid-shaft designs, technical features such as high performance and improved noise behavior guarantee overall high quality for a broad spectrum of industries.
