What is Internet Telephony

iTG OneVoice hosted telephony also known as VoIP or SIP allows your

business to have all its voice based communications hosted in a secure

data centre and provides high availability from anywhere telephony.

From VoIP multiple number provisioning to call recording, OneVoice IP

telephony has all the features you would expect from a traditional PBX

and lots more which are only available from a OneVoice IP telephony

infrastructure.

If you are looking for a fully managed telephony service to install into new premises or to

replace your existing system, with minimal capital expenditure then OneVoice Internet

Telephony is the ideal solution for you.

To install a hosted our OneVoice IP Telephony solution you will need a connection to the in-

ternet and IP Phones. The rest is taken care of off-site in our secure data centre environment

using our feature software. Access to your phone system is via an online portal available

from any location at any time.

Call ManagementCall Management

Call Management allows you direct incoming calls within your business to

maximise your business efficiency. Dialplan, huntgroups and call

queuing are some of the features which are available as standard.

Call Management allows you to move extensions within business groups

at peak volume times. You can also manage your outbound call profiling by

setting specific caller ID’s to the outbound call, with holding your caller ID,

or barring employees from making international calls.

Call Management allows you to set your working hours and redirect calls after this period

to overflow numbers. Companies with multiple sites including international locations can

move calls to match working patterns. Call Management and profiling are the building blocks

on which your telephony requirements are based that improve your inbound customer call

experience.

Outbound call management includes CLI (Caller Line Identifier) can be changed on a per

extension basis. You can set this to the ID which is needed at the time and is identified to the

receiver of the call.

International and calls to expensive premium rate numbers can be barred, and our powerful

reporting tools mean you can see what is happening within your business at any time.

Calls can be tracked by type, cost or time of day. You can see who makes the most calls or

spends the most time on the phone. All these things give you the tools to be able to manage

Call RecordingCall Recording

Call recording from OneVoice allows you to record any or all of the calls

within your organisation. You can control the recording of inbound,

outbound or both sets of calls. Call recording is a very useful tool to

provide proof of conversations and also a good way to train staff.

Businesses that are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA)

are regulated to record all calls. Legal, accountancy and advice driven

businesses all benefit from call recording.

Our VoIP call recording solution allows you to record calls and choose the retention time

from 30 days up to 180 days for the recording to be stored within our network. Using the

OneVoice systems powerful reporting tools you can quickly and efficiently find any call which

has been recorded. You can also download and attach a copy of this file to your in-house CRM

for future reference.

Call recording billing works by applying a monthly rental charge to the extensions which have

been used within the recording cycle. These are recorded as .wav files which can be played on

the majority of standard media players. Call recording is geographically independent, so no

matter where your offices or employees are in relation to each other all calls will be centrally

recorded and accessed via a web browser.

Since 2009 companies which are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) have

been legally required to record all telephone calls and electronic communications which are

associated to client orders and these must be stored for a minimum of 6 calendar months.

OneVoice VoIP call recording solution is fully compliant to FSA standards.

Voicemail to EmailFax to Email

Voicemail and Fax to Email

Every user of the OneVoice system has a voicemail account which can

be turned on and off and all messages managed via a web browser. Any

calls that are not answered or have a DND status can be routed to a voice

mailbox which are then sent to the email address of the voiceamail user

as an attached .WAV media file. Global voicemail boxes can be setup for

businesses with high call volumes via routing rules based on conditions

you add to the system.

Our fax to email facility gives you a UK geographic number or a UK non-geographic number

which you will use as your standard fax number to receive faxes. When a fax is sent to you

this is converted into an image and sent to the email address you have associated to the fax

number.

From a cost saving perspective you don’t need a line to handle faxes, and you don’t need a fax

machine to receive faxes saving your organisation on both line rental and equipment. You can

receive the fax on any device which will can recieve email.

This service is available for a standard monthly fee and is subject to a minimum term of one

month.

Auto Attendant & IVRAuto Attendant and Interactive Voice Response

The OneVoice system has an Auto Attendant and IVR management

solution as standard. This gives the ability to transfer and route calls

directly to a user, department or service without the use of a receptionist.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) gives an extra dimension to call management. By using pre

recorded files which are uploaded to the OneVoice system and adding actions to the call

profile based on these files, which enables calls to be intelligently routed to the most

appropriate destination. IVR is used widely within the call centre industry and can assist in

efficiency management within the business no matter what the size.

The Auto Attendant can be programed via a web browser to answer and handle call routing.

Features like press key combinations to access sub menus and routing to help improve the

customer experience and effectively take calls to the right destination within the company.

Number ProvisioningGeo and Non Geo Number Provisioning

The OneVoice system allows for the provisioning of UK geographic and

non-geograhic numbers. These numbers can be allocated as both Inbound

or Outbound numbers, fax to email or conference numbers. The OneVoice

system allows for the immediate provisioning of the number which can be

delivered to a configured IP Handset within minutes.

UK Geographic Numbers fall within the 01, 02 and 03 number range and the pricing model

is simply based upon the volume of numbers used per month. We have full coverage of all UK

geographic areas and we can also provide numbers which cover the Republic of Ireland.

We offer a service where we can connect numbers terminated on a customers own

equipment via SIP end points. We can also provide interconnection directly with us within

our data centres in Manchester.

Freephone Numbers: 0800 & 0808 numbers are free to the caller and the receiving party

pays for the call on a per second basis. Number Translation Numbers: 084x & 087x numbers

are mainly used as business contact numbers and can be used as either destination numbers

for geographic numbers or they can be directly terminated SIP based numbers. New voice

service numbers which are prefixed 056 numbers have been allocated by Ofcom for use with

‘New Voice Services’.

Conference numbers can be allocated as either a geographic or a non-geographic number.

These are charged on a monthly basis and are available on a month to month basis.

Conference calls can have multiple participants and are activated within minutes. Each

conference call is secured with its own unique pin when a conference bridge is required.

must conform to the non-Rights holding legislation within the UK. All music which we

provide is royalty free and can be used as default on hold music on your system.
