TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE Roundtrip Transportation Included 7: 30 AM Depart the hotel for the golf course

- Meet OUTSIDE the main entrance to the hotel. A bus will be waiting for you. - We will depart the hotel promptly at 7:30 AM so everyone will have time to warm-

up. The bus ride will be approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.

IMPORTANT NOTES! Please let me know if you will not be riding the bus so we aren’t waiting for you.

TEAMS The list of golf teams can be found in the conference packets of those who signed up for the tournament. Your green fees & any club rentals have already been paid based on your registration.

FORMAT We will be playing the white tees with a scramble Format: On every hole, each member of the team may hit a tee shot. The team picks the best shot and all team members hit from that location. Repeat until the ball is holed out.
