Polurflex Cleaner SVU
One-component adhesive remover and cleaner for metal parts.
Recommended for the flexible packaging lamination machines metal rolls, rotogravure, flexo and semi-flexo technology.
Free of hazardous components like chlorinated hydrocarbons and NMP, and solvents like acetate and acetone.
Polurflex Cleaner SL
Polurflex Cleaner SL can also be used with automatic cleaning system.
It is extremely safer compare to conventional solvents like Ethyl Acetate for the health of the operator.
It reduces the viscosity of the solventless adhesives and make it simple to wipe off.
Cuts cleaning time of a solventless machine to 2 minutes with automatic system and to 5-7 minutes when used manually.

Polurflex 7900/6049 is a system suitable for laminated transparent film, metalized and aluminium for food packaging, where an excellent resistance to yellowing is request and total absence of aromatic amines even after thermal treatments (retort included).

ONE COMPONENTALIPHATIC
The addition of POLURFLEX CLEANER halts chain addition.
The -NCO groups are “killed off“ and the viscosity remains low, making the rollers easier to clean.
The elimination of active -NCO groups improves workers safety. The low viscosity, reduce substantially the need
for washing with ethyl acetate to get rollers clean. The reduced washing with ethyl acetate limits the operator’s
exposure to solvent fumes and prolongs the life of the rollers. The rollers can also be cleaned at lower temperatures.
The new POLURFLEX CLEANER SL SAPICI is ideal to clean-up all the laminating machine, the perfect cleaner green
and solvent less able to eliminate the hardest persistent traces of both solvent base and solvent less adhesive
after the laminating process and in general for various applications such as industrial cleaning,
resin clean-up and coatings formulations.
The POLURFLEX CLEANER SL can be used both with automatic cleaning system as well
as when applied manually without any effort and hazard for the operator, this innovative
solvent free cleaner is non flammable and non toxic, with excellent eco-friendly properties.
