FlexLock is a locking system for furniture

and storage units based on simplicity and

flexibility.

FlexLock is compatible with existing

access systems on the market which are

based on RFID technology. Conveniently

use the same key card – with Mifare or

EM technology – to allow FlexLock to

become an extension of your existing

access system. The same identification

card used for entry and exit, access to

copy printers, computers etc. will also

give access to lockable storages and

equipment at your work station.

TechnologyFlexLOCK is developed and produced in Sweden. The software

is developed together with new electronic technology, optimized

for long-term, maintenance free use. The lock is energy efficient,

and the motorized locking mechanism is quiet and of high quality.

The cast is made of robust, durable ABS plastic.

FlexLOCK uses RFID, Radio Frequency Identification, which is a reliable

technology for touch-free communication. We are surrounded by RFID

technology in every-day life, where it’s used in bus passes, RFID payment

systems, theft prevention in stores, ID cards, passports etc.

Software, programmingFlexLock uses software which we have developed and

adapted especially for offices and public spaces. The

lock is created to work in a flexible environment where

the physical spaces need to move around and adapt to

changing conditions. The FlexLock software has different

programming modes for you to choose from.

FlexLock has a unique concept for programming and

service cards. Unique identification numbers ensure

a flexible and secure overall solution.

Existing RFID cards for access systems and other RFID equipment with centralized management in network systems.

FlexLock is easy to program to get the desired functio-nality. Programming is done on-site at the furniture and FlexLock is fully separated from the central network.

The same card is used for accessing work stations and storages with FlexLock installed.

units, lockers and drawers, invisibly and without altering the unit. The

unique construction is solid and durable, but still small and discreet.

Easy administrationUser cards are delivered numbered on a sequence for easy identification when

cards get lost, need to be reprogrammed, etc. The sequence numbers are then

mapped to user information and the storage units they have access to. To administrate

this, we can offer different solutions: from a simple Excel template to our database

tool FlexLock Admin.

Customer-specificWe offer cards with customized layouts and designs

printed directly on the end user cards, e.g. for service

office spaces, gyms and conference facilities.
