CCTV Application Example (Standalone Backhaul)

Utilisation of security systems and solutions using video and cameramonitoring increase rapidly

Close circuit television (CCTV) camera systems are one of the most deployed

technologies for this purpose

CCTV cameras require high throughput backhaul and transport connection fromcamera location sites to NOC and monitoring premises

Wireless backhaul is used widel as cost effective secure and rivate


enterprise networking technology to transport CCTV video cameratraffic

Many camera locations are best reached with wireless connectivity, as wired copperor fiber connections with appropriate communication terminals are not available forbackhaul traffic

Both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint network topologies are used with CCTVsystems
