According to a report filed by Deputy Terry W. Dickey, the of- ficer received a call to Thomas Lane where Madge Lou Thomas, 76, stated that their 5’ x 10’ util- ity trailer was stolen. She said that she heard a vehicle leaving the drive and saw a new model Ford pickup short wheel base pulling the trailer. The truck was driven by a white male in his late 20’s or early 30’s, medium build and broad shoulders. The vehicle turned right, headed to- ward Huntingdon. There was a kid’s rocking horse in the bed of the truck. ••• Driving Under the Influence and All Other Offenses •A Huntingdon woman was ar- rested for driving under the influ- ence and other offenses on July 7. According to a report filed by Deputy Scotty Davis, the offi - cer met the defendant, Brandy Lee Tart, 31, of 39-3rd Avenue, Huntingdon, and saw her cross over the centerline. She was asked to do a series of field sobriety tasks, which she did poorly on. Tart does have a prior conviction for driving under the influence with a conviction date of July 5, 2007, out of Carroll County. Tart was asked to submit to a chemi- cal test to determine the amount of alcohol and/or drugs in her system, which she refused to do. ••• Destruction/damage/ Vandalism of Property •A vehicle was vandalized in McKenzie on July 7. According to a report filed by Deputy Terry W. Dickey, John Edward Dunn, 48, of 1015 Enon Church Road, McKenzie, called the sheriff ’s department and stated he had a 1992 Oldsmobile, Achieva S model, burgundy in color, stored in his barn. Upon checking it, he found that the win- dows, front windshield, and rear windshield had been broken out and vandalized. There was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the back door on the driver’s side. The taillights were also broken out. There was $2,000 worth of damage done to the vehicle. ••• Burglary/Breaking & Entering •A McLemoresville residence was broken into and burglarized on July 7. According to a report filed by Sgt. Lee Bates, Michael Timothy Manhart, 37, of 135 Park Street, reported that person/s entered his residence and took a silver platter from a cabinet approximately 24 inches x 12 inches with a floral design and a hand marking on the back possibly Z51. This platter was made sometime in the early 1800’s. Manhart was out of town at the time of the theft. ••• Credit Card/Automatic Teller Machine Fraud •A local e-check was used with- out the owner’s permission on June 21. According to a report filed by Deputy Tommy Decanter, Roger Lindsey the owner of Custom Tool and Design, Inc. advised that on June 21, someone used his account to E-check to a Verizon account for $209.94. The account was from FirstBank. ••• Impersonation •A Midlothian, Virginia, man used his ex-stepfather’s social security number on July 7. According to a report filed by Deputy Tommy Decanter, Darryl Witwer, 67, of 6140 Hwy. 70, Cedar Grove, advised that his ex-stepson used his social security number at a doctor’s office in Midlothia, Va. Witwer advised that he hasn’t talked to seen him in 16 years. ••• Drug/Narcotic Violations •A Lexington man was arrested for drug/narcotic violations on July 9. According to a report filed by Deputy Ryan Dickson, deputies were at Clayhill Race Track and received information that Joshua Bedwell was smoking marijuana while at the track. Deputies ques- tioned Bedwell and found him to be in possession of a pill bottle with no name on it containing two oblong pills believed to be Xanaz. Bedwell was arrested and cited into General Sessions Court. ••• Drug/Narcotic Violations •A McKenzie man was arrested for drug/narcotic violations on July 7. According to a report filed by Deputy Adam Meggs, Richard Lynn Heath, 48, of 1320 Winston Road, McKenzie, went to 17 Walnut Circle in McKenzie and got into an altercation with a male subject and then left. McKenzie Police asked if the county officers would go to his residence at 1320 Winston Road and try to locate Heath. When the officer arrived at the Heath residence, he was lo- cated. The officer transported him back to McKenzie. The officer did witness Richard Heath moving around in the back seat. A check of the back seat where Heath was sitting resulted in the finding of a piece of rolled aluminum foil with marijuana stuck between the seats. ••• Aggravated Assault •A Bruceton man was arrested for aggravated assault on July 8. According to a report filed by Deputy Kristopher C. Byrd, the officer responded to 402 D College Street in reference to a domestic assault. Upon his arrival at the scene, he was met by the victim, Alta Magan Brandt, 33, of 143 Lexington Street, Bruceton, who advised him that her live-in boy- friend, Darwin Vega Santiago, 38, dragged her into the residence and assaulted and threatened her. She said that he began looking for a knife. The defendant’s brother showed up and took the victim to his residence. ••• Machinery Stolen •A box blade and two row break- ing plows were taken without permission from a residence in Bruceton. According to James Wallace Williams, Jr., of 140 Hebron Church Road, an unknown person or persons came to his residence to purchase an automobile from his stepdaughter, Janet Prater. Instead of purchasing the auto- mobile, the machinery was taken without his knowledge or consent. The vehicle that left with the sto- len items was described as a black Chevrolet or GMC pickup truck about a 1996 model. The truck was pulling a dual axle 16-foot trailer. ••• Theft •A ceramic angel was sto - len from a grave at New Hope Cemetery in Clarksburg on July 10. According to a report filed by Deputy Michael J. Darnell, Wilma Segraves, 56, of 2295 Road Creek Church Road, Clarksburg, filed a complaint of theft. An investigation revealed that person(s) unknown removed a ceramic angel from her daugh- ter’s grave located at New Hope Cemetery in Clarksburg. Person(s) unknown then took item and fled the area. The angel was glued to the headstone and had to be pried off. ••• Burglary/Breaking & Entering •Hunting items were stolen from a Huntingdon residence on July 13. According to a report filed by Deputy Dennis Adkins, Paul D. Hugueley, 22, of 3150 Thompson School Road, called to report that several hunting items were missing from his residence. Missing were 10 dozen green head decoys, four mesh decoy bags, and one 12-shot decoy bag, one Cabelas blind bag with three duck calls and numerous other items. Carroll County Sheriff ’s Reports Especially Aggravated Burglary -According to a re - port filed by MPD Patrolman Christopher S. Adams, On July 7, officers were dispatched to Walnut Circle in response to a report of a man down. Upon ar- rival, Adams reportedly observed a person identified as Ashley Snodgrass, same address listed, running from the Walnut Circle residence towards him being im- mediately followed by Josh Snead, Eli Brown Road, McKenzie. Snead reportedly had blood on his shirt and arms. The officer immedi - ately ordered Snead to the ground. At that time, Elizabeth Heath exited another residence located on Walnut Circle and advised that Richard Lynn Heath, 48, South 22, McKenzie, had entered her residence and had hit Snead in the back of the head with a beer bottle. EMS was ordered to the scene because of injuries that Snead reportedly sustained to the back of his head during the attack. While waiting for EMS to arrive, Snodgrass reported not feeling well prior to having a seizure. After EMS arrived on the scene, the officer spoke to Elizabeth Heath who reported that her husband, Richard Heath, whom she is separated from, had entered her residence and had attempted to hit her with a beer bottle and was stopped from do- ing so by Joshua Snead who was hit in the back of the head by the bottle. She further stated that, during the struggle, Heath had reportedly grabbed his knife and tried to stab Snead. Snead stat- ed he was able to unarm Heath while in the hallway while the two men were fighting. During the fight, items belonging to Ms. Heath including a glass vase and jars were broken. Snead refused medical treatment at the scene. Photographs of the scene and a seven-inch long knife reportedly belonging to Richard Heath that was found in the living room next to the wall were taken and entered into the case file.. The knife was submitted into evidence. A set of fake teeth reported by Ms. Heath to belong to Mr. Heath were also observed at the scene as well as two areas containing broken beer bottles. Statements from all vic- tims were taken and entered into the case file. Upon receiving Mr. Heath’s address, the officer re- quested officers from the Carroll County Sheriff ’s Department to help in contacting him. Upon contacting Mr. Heath, who was bleeding from his mouth and had a bloody nose, he was escorted by MPD for questioning. Upon being asked if he needed medical attention, Mr. Heath reportedly replied that he did not care. After reading the defendant his rights, he said, during questioning in the presence of Deputy Byrd, that an altercation had occurred on the porch and refused to answer ad- ditional questions. He was then arrested and transported to BHM in Huntingdon at his request for medical treatment. The officer then contacted Snodgrass who was being treated in McKenzie Hospital. She reportedly provided a written statement stating that she was also hit by a beer bottle. She reportedly had bruising on her right arm and cut on her left side of her neck. Snodgrass was treated and released from McKenzie Medial Center. Snead also requested medical treatment at MMC and was treated and re- leased. After treatment, Mr. Heath was transported to the Carroll County Sheriff ’s Department and charged with especially aggra- vated burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated assault and domestic abuse vandalism. Driving while revoked # 1 / drug, manufacture / sale / possession schedule III- -According to a report filed by MPD patrolman Matthew Williams, 0n July 7 at 9:34 a.m., the officer observed a blue two- door car traveling north on Elm Street and that the driver was not wearing his seatbelt. Upon stop- ping the vehicle for said violation, the officer spoke with the driver, identified as Kevin Lynn Sawyers, 42, Birmingham, McKenzie. A computer check of Sawyer’s driv- er license reportedly revealed it was revoked for DUI in Tennessee for an incident occurring on March 16, 2011 with action date of April 20, 2011. Upon being given permission to search Sawyer’s vehicle, the defendant stated that he had a bottle containing three Hydrocodones. He said the pills were prescribed to him, but he did not have the prescription bottle with his name on it with him. He was reportedly charged with driv- ing while revoked and possession of the three Hydrocodone pills valued at $15. Due to his license being revoked, the defendant’s 1980 Buick Regal was seized. Upon MPD Sergeant Walker’s speaking with the owner of the vehicle and asking if he knew Sawyer’s license were revoked due to DUI, the owner acknowledged knowing about Sawyer’s license revocation for DUI. Driving while revoked-Ac- cording to a report filed by MPD patrolman Matthew Williams, on July 11 at 1:52 p.m., the of - ficer observed a purple 2000 Chevrolet Malibu traveling north on Highway 79 with expired regis- tration dated June 30, 2011. Upon stopping the vehicle for said vi- olation, the officer spoke with the driver, identified as Steven Mitchell, 46, Winchester Street, McKenzie. A computer check of Mitchell’s driver license re- vealed that they were revoked in Tennessee for DUI on September 13, 1986 with action date of July 6, 1989. Mitchell was reportedly cited into Carroll County General Sessions Court for the driving while revoked # 1 and registra- tion violation. After speaking with the owner of the vehicle, she stated that she did not know that Mitchell’s license were revoked for DUI but was aware that he had been driving her car. All other offenses-According to a report filed by MPD patrol- man Christopher S. Adams, on July 14 at 3:51 p.m., the officer ob- served Mellissa Jane Barrilleaux, 49, Thompson Avenue, McKenzie, driving a 1995 black Chevy Blazer. The officer, having prior knowl- edge that Barrilleaux’s license was suspended in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, stopped the vehicle. A NCIC check of her license re- vealed her license was suspend- ed for failure to pay a citation. Barrilleaux was cited into Carroll County General Sessions Court on July 20, 2011. All other offenses -Accord- ing to a report filed by MPD Patrolman Christopher S. Adams, the officer reportedly observed a silver vehicle fail to stop at a post- ed stop sign at the intersection of Walnut Circle and Walnut Lane on July 14 at 12:45 p.m. Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer spoke with the driver, identified as Andy Lynn Redmond, 24, Walnut Circle, McKenzie. A computer check of Redmond’s driver license revealed they were suspended for failure to satisfy a citation on November 9, 2010. Redmond was cited into Carroll County General Sessions Court for July 21, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Shoplifting -According to a report filed by MPD patrolman Christopher S. Adams, the of - ficer was dispatched on July 14 at 10:45 a.m. to E.W. James and Sons Supermarket in response to a shoplifting report. Upon ar- rival, an employee of the store said that Holly Ann Mullins, 35, Hillview Apartments, McKenzie, was reportedly observed leaving the store without paying for two lunches and a fountain drink valued at $10.77. The employee also said that the defendant admit- ted to stealing other food items over the past two weeks valuing $208.04. Mullins was cited into Carroll County General Sessions Court for July 20, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. The report stated that the defendant admitted to theft of the food items from the store in the presence of the officer. Burglary-According to a re- port filed by MPD Sergeant Gary Walker, on July 15 at 9:45 a.m., the officer was informed that a rental home located on Magnolia Avenue belonging to Fred Morris had been broken into. Entry into the residence was reportedly gained by knocking in the back door that was screwed to the door frame. The only item reported stolen from the residence was a Sears Coldspot 110 air conditioner val- ued at approximately $100. The break-in occurred sometime be- tween July 14 at 2:30 p.m and July 15 at 9:30 a.m. Driving while suspended # 1-According to are port filed by MPD Lieutenant Richard Sawyers, on July 14 at 6:43 p.m., MPD re- ceived a complaint regarding a do- mestic disturbance occurring in the parking lot at McDonald’s. The manager of the business reported- ly advised that a man and woman were arguing. Upon arriving at the location, an employee pointed to a Silver Pontiac Grand Am that was driving away and said that the vehicle had been involved in the disturbance. Upon stopping the vehicle, as it was leaving the parking lot, the report stated that the driver, identified as Katerina Renee Sonneman, 28, Bend Road, Clarksville, said she had been arguing with her boyfriend, identified as Jason P. Jones, 36, Marion Street, Clarksville and that he had started walking to- ward Clarksville on Highway 79. At that time, Lieutenant Sawyers request that MPD Sergeant Lowe search for the boyfriend while the officer spoke with Sonneman. According to the report, the two had begun arguing after the boy- friend said he thought she was too tired to drive. She further stated that the argument was verbal and not physical. While talking to the defendant, the officer learned that her license was suspended for failure to pay citations. Upon citing Sonneman for driving while suspended, he requested that she contact someone to drive her ve- hicle. Lowe located the boyfriend near B&G Motors and found that he did not have a driver license. The boyfriend also stated that the argument was verbal and not physical. All other larceny-According to a report filed by MPD Sergeant Gary Walker, on July 16 at 2:00 p.m., Mildred J. Walker, Florida Avenue, McKenzie, advised that someone had stolen her red push mower with a bad left rear wheel valued at $100 that was sitting behind her residence sometime between July 14 at 12:00 p.m. and July 16 at 2:00 p.m. The report stated that the mower was located and had not been stolen. and All Other Offenses•A Huntingdon woman was ar-

rested for driving under the influ-ence and other offenses on July 7.

According to a report filed by Deputy Scotty Davis, the offi-cer met the defendant, Brandy Lee Tart, 31, of 39-3rd Avenue, Huntingdon, and saw her cross over the centerline. She was asked to do a series of field sobriety tasks, which she did poorly on. Tart does have a prior conviction for driving under the influence with a conviction date of July 5, 2007, out of Carroll County. Tart was asked to submit to a chemi-cal test to determine the amount of alcohol and/or drugs in her system, which she refused to do.

Vandalism of Property•A vehicle was vandalized in

McKenzie on July 7.According to a report filed by

Deputy Terry W. Dickey, John Edward Dunn, 48, of 1015 Enon Church Road, McKenzie, called the sheriff ’s department and stated he had a 1992 Oldsmobile, Achieva S model, burgundy in color, stored in his barn. Upon checking it, he found that the win-dows, front windshield, and rear windshield had been broken out and vandalized. There was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the back door on the driver’s side. The taillights were also broken out. There was $2,000 worth of damage done to the vehicle.

Entering•A McLemoresville residence

was broken into and burglarized on July 7.

According to a report filed by Sgt. Lee Bates, Michael Timothy Manhart, 37, of 135 Park Street, reported that person/s entered his residence and took a silver platter from a cabinet approximately 24 inches x 12 inches with a floral design and a hand marking on the back possibly Z51. This platter was made sometime in the early 1800’s. Manhart was out of town at the time of the theft.

•••Credit Card/Automatic Teller Machine Fraud

•A local e-check was used with-out the owner’s permission on June 21.

According to a report filed by Deputy Tommy Decanter, Roger Lindsey the owner of Custom Tool and Design, Inc. advised that on June 21, someone used his account to E-check to a Verizon account for $209.94. The account was from FirstBank.

•••Impersonation

•A Midlothian, Virginia, man used his ex-stepfather’s social security number on July 7.

According to a report filed by Deputy Tommy Decanter, Darryl Witwer, 67, of 6140 Hwy. 70, Cedar Grove, advised that his ex-stepson used his social security number at a doctor’s office in Midlothia, Va. Witwer advised that he hasn’t talked to seen him in 16 years.

•••Drug/Narcotic Violations•A Lexington man was arrested

for drug/narcotic violations on July 9.

According to a report filed by Deputy Ryan Dickson, deputies were at Clayhill Race Track and received information that Joshua Bedwell was smoking marijuana while at the track. Deputies ques-tioned Bedwell and found him to be in possession of a pill bottle with no name on it containing two oblong pills believed to be Xanaz. Bedwell was arrested and cited into General Sessions Court.

•••Drug/Narcotic Violations•A McKenzie man was arrested

for drug/narcotic violations on July 7.

According to a report filed by Deputy Adam Meggs, Richard Lynn Heath, 48, of 1320 Winston Road, McKenzie, went to 17 Walnut Circle in McKenzie and got into an altercation with a male subject and then left. McKenzie Police asked if the county officers would go to his residence at 1320 Winston Road and try to locate Heath. When the officer arrived at the Heath residence, he was lo-cated. The officer transported him back to McKenzie. The officer did witness Richard Heath moving around in the back seat. A check of the back seat where Heath was sitting resulted in the finding of a piece of rolled aluminum foil with marijuana stuck between the seats.

•••Aggravated Assault

•A Bruceton man was arrested for aggravated assault on July 8.

According to a report filed by Deputy Kristopher C. Byrd, the officer responded to 402 D College Street in reference to a domestic assault. Upon his arrival at the scene, he was met by the victim, Alta Magan Brandt, 33, of 143 Lexington Street, Bruceton, who advised him that her live-in boy-friend, Darwin Vega Santiago, 38, dragged her into the residence and assaulted and threatened her. She said that he began looking for a knife. The defendant’s brother showed up and took the victim to his residence.

•••Machinery Stolen

•A box blade and two row break-ing plows were taken without permission from a residence in Bruceton.

According to James Wallace Williams, Jr., of 140 Hebron Church Road, an unknown person or persons came to his residence to purchase an automobile from his stepdaughter, Janet Prater. Instead of purchasing the auto-mobile, the machinery was taken without his knowledge or consent. The vehicle that left with the sto-len items was described as a black Chevrolet or GMC pickup truck about a 1996 model. The truck was pulling a dual axle 16-foot trailer.

•A ceramic angel was sto -len from a grave at New Hope Cemetery in Clarksburg on July 10.

According to a report filed by Deputy Michael J. Darnell, Wilma Segraves, 56, of 2295 Road Creek Church Road, Clarksburg, filed a complaint of theft. An invest ig at ion revealed that person(s) unknown removed a ceramic angel from her daugh-t e r ’s g r ave l o c a t e d a t N ew Hope Cemetery in Clarksburg. Person(s) unknown then took item and fled the area. The angel was glued to the headstone and had to be pried off.

Entering•Hunting items were stolen

from a Huntingdon residence on July 13.

According to a report filed by Deputy Dennis Adkins, Paul D. Hugueley, 22, of 3150 Thompson School Road, called to report that several hunting items were missing from his residence. Missing were 10 dozen green head decoys, four mesh decoy bags, and one 12-shot decoy bag, one Cabelas blind bag with three duck calls and numerous other items.

Burglary -According to a re -port filed by MPD Patrolman Christopher S. Adams, On July 7, officers were dispatched to Walnut Circle in response to a report of a man down. Upon ar-rival, Adams reportedly observed a person identified as Ashley Snodgrass, same address listed, running from the Walnut Circle residence towards him being im-mediately followed by Josh Snead, Eli Brown Road, McKenzie. Snead reportedly had blood on his shirt and arms. The officer immedi-ately ordered Snead to the ground. At that time, Elizabeth Heath exited another residence located on Walnut Circle and advised that Richard Lynn Heath, 48, South 22, McKenzie, had entered her residence and had hit Snead in the back of the head with a beer bottle. EMS was ordered to the scene because of injuries that Snead reportedly sustained to the back of his head during the attack. While waiting for EMS to arrive, Snodgrass reported not feeling well prior to having a seizure. After EMS arrived on the scene, the officer spoke to Elizabeth Heath who reported that her husband, Richard Heath, whom she is separated from, had entered her residence and had attempted to hit her with a beer bottle and was stopped from do-ing so by Joshua Snead who was hit in the back of the head by the bottle. She further stated that, during the struggle, Heath had reportedly grabbed his knife and tried to stab Snead. Snead stat-ed he was able to unarm Heath while in the hallway while the two men were fighting. During the fight, items belonging to Ms. Heath including a glass vase and jars were broken. Snead refused medical treatment at the scene. Photographs of the scene and a seven-inch long knife reportedly belonging to Richard Heath that was found in the living room next to the wall were taken and entered into the case file.. The knife was submitted into evidence. A set of fake teeth reported by Ms. Heath to belong to Mr. Heath were also observed at the scene as well as two areas containing broken beer bottles. Statements from all vic-tims were taken and entered into the case file. Upon receiving Mr. Heath’s address, the officer re-quested officers from the Carroll County Sheriff ’s Department to help in contacting him. Upon contacting Mr. Heath, who was bleeding from his mouth and had a bloody nose, he was escorted by MPD for questioning. Upon being asked if he needed medical attention, Mr. Heath reportedly replied that he did not care. After reading the defendant his rights, he said, during questioning in the presence of Deputy Byrd, that an altercation had occurred on the porch and refused to answer ad-ditional questions. He was then arrested and transported to BHM in Huntingdon at his request for medical treatment. The officer then contacted Snodgrass who was being treated in McKenzie Hospital. She reportedly provided a written statement stating that she was also hit by a beer bottle. She reportedly had bruising on her right arm and cut on her left side of her neck. Snodgrass was treated and released from McKenzie Medial Center. Snead also requested medical treatment at MMC and was treated and re-leased. After treatment, Mr. Heath was transported to the Carroll County Sheriff ’s Department and

charged with especially aggra-vated burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated assault and domestic abuse vandalism.

Driving while revoked # 1 / drug, manufacture / sale / possession schedule III-

-According to a report filed by MPD patrolman Matthew Williams, 0n July 7 at 9:34 a.m., the officer observed a blue two-door car traveling north on Elm Street and that the driver was not wearing his seatbelt. Upon stop-ping the vehicle for said violation, the officer spoke with the driver, identified as Kevin Lynn Sawyers, 42, Birmingham, McKenzie. A computer check of Sawyer’s driv-er license reportedly revealed it was revoked for DUI in Tennessee for an incident occurring on March 16, 2011 with action date of April 20, 2011. Upon being given permission to search Sawyer’s vehicle, the defendant stated that he had a bottle containing three Hydrocodones. He said the pills were prescribed to him, but he did not have the prescription bottle with his name on it with him. He was reportedly charged with driv-ing while revoked and possession of the three Hydrocodone pills valued at $15. Due to his license being revoked, the defendant’s 1980 Buick Regal was seized. Upon MPD Sergeant Walker’s speaking with the owner of the vehicle and asking if he knew Sawyer’s license were revoked due to DUI, the owner acknowledged knowing about Sawyer’s license revocation for DUI.

Driving while revoked-Ac-cording to a report filed by MPD patrolman Matthew Williams, on July 11 at 1:52 p.m., the of-ficer observed a purple 2000 Chevrolet Malibu traveling north on Highway 79 with expired regis-tration dated June 30, 2011. Upon stopping the vehicle for said vi-olation, the officer spoke with the driver, identified as Steven Mitchell, 46, Winchester Street, McKenzie. A computer check of Mitchell’s driver license re-vealed that they were revoked in Tennessee for DUI on September 13, 1986 with action date of July 6, 1989. Mitchell was reportedly cited into Carroll County General Sessions Court for the driving while revoked # 1 and registra-tion violation. After speaking with the owner of the vehicle, she stated that she did not know that Mitchell’s license were revoked for DUI but was aware that he had been driving her car.

All other offenses-According to a report filed by MPD patrol-man Christopher S. Adams, on July 14 at 3:51 p.m., the officer ob-served Mellissa Jane Barrilleaux, 49, Thompson Avenue, McKenzie, driving a 1995 black Chevy Blazer. The officer, having prior knowl-edge that Barrilleaux’s license was suspended in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, stopped the vehicle. A NCIC check of her license re-vealed her license was suspend-ed for failure to pay a citation. Barrilleaux was cited into Carroll County General Sessions Court on July 20, 2011.

All other offenses-Accord-ing to a report filed by MPD Patrolman Christopher S. Adams, the officer reportedly observed a silver vehicle fail to stop at a post-ed stop sign at the intersection of Walnut Circle and Walnut Lane on July 14 at 12:45 p.m. Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer spoke with the driver, identified as Andy Lynn Redmond, 24, Walnut Circle, McKenzie. A computer check of

Redmond’s driver license revealed they were suspended for failure to satisfy a citation on November 9, 2010. Redmond was cited into Carroll County General Sessions Court for July 21, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.

Shoplifting-According to a report filed by MPD patrolman Christopher S. Adams, the of-ficer was dispatched on July 14 at 10:45 a.m. to E.W. James and Sons Supermarket in response to a shoplifting report. Upon ar-rival, an employee of the store said that Holly Ann Mullins, 35, Hillview Apartments, McKenzie, was reportedly observed leaving the store without paying for two lunches and a fountain drink valued at $10.77. The employee also said that the defendant admit-ted to stealing other food items over the past two weeks valuing $208.04. Mullins was cited into Carroll County General Sessions Court for July 20, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. The report stated that the defendant admitted to theft of the food items from the store in the presence of the officer.

Burglary-According to a re-port filed by MPD Sergeant Gary Walker, on July 15 at 9:45 a.m., the officer was informed that a rental home located on Magnolia Avenue belonging to Fred Morris had been broken into. Entry into the residence was reportedly gained by knocking in the back door that was screwed to the door frame. The only item reported stolen from the residence was a Sears Coldspot 110 air conditioner val-ued at approximately $100. The break-in occurred sometime be-tween July 14 at 2:30 p.m and July 15 at 9:30 a.m.

Driving while suspended # 1-According to are port filed by MPD Lieutenant Richard Sawyers, on July 14 at 6:43 p.m., MPD re-ceived a complaint regarding a do-mestic disturbance occurring in the parking lot at McDonald’s. The manager of the business reported-ly advised that a man and woman were arguing. Upon arriving at the location, an employee pointed to a Silver Pontiac Grand Am that was driving away and said that the vehicle had been involved in the disturbance. Upon stopping the vehicle, as it was leaving the parking lot, the report stated that the driver, identified as Katerina Renee Sonneman, 28, Bend Road, Clarksville, said she had been arguing with her boyfriend, identified as Jason P. Jones, 36, Marion Street, Clarksville and that he had started walking to-ward Clarksville on Highway 79.

At that time, Lieutenant Sawyers request that MPD Sergeant Lowe search for the boyfriend while the officer spoke with Sonneman. According to the report, the two had begun arguing after the boy-friend said he thought she was too tired to drive. She further stated that the argument was verbal and not physical. While talking to the defendant, the officer learned that her license was suspended for failure to pay citations. Upon citing Sonneman for driving while suspended, he requested that she contact someone to drive her ve-hicle. Lowe located the boyfriend near B&G Motors and found that he did not have a driver license. The boyfriend also stated that the argument was verbal and not physical.

All other larceny-According to a report filed by MPD Sergeant Gary Walker, on July 16 at 2:00 p.m., Mildred J. Walker, Florida Avenue, McKenzie, advised that someone had stolen her red push mower with a bad left rear wheel valued at $100 that was sitting behind her residence sometime between July 14 at 12:00 p.m. and July 16 at 2:00 p.m. The report stated that the mower was located and had not been stolen.
