TheinstallationofFloorLinepanelsisdividedintopre-installationandfinalinstallation.
Pre-installationcomprisesinstallationoffittingsandanyshut-offvalvesconnectedtotheheatingsystemaswellaselectricwiring.
Finalinstallationcomprisesthepanelitself,whichshouldbeinstalledaslateinthebuildingprocessaspossibletoprovidethebestprotectionofmechanicalpartsagainstdustandpaintresidue,aswellasshocks,impactsandotherdamage.
Installation ductThepanelsaresuppliedwithself-jointingrubberstrips,which“absorb”smallinaccuraciesintheinstallationduct.
Toachievethevisuallybestresult,itisnecessarytoobservethemeasurementsoftheinstallationductaspreciselyaspossible,particularlytheductwidthof139mm(seepage6).
AdjustmentsTheFloorLinepanelsareequippedwithintegratedadjustmentscrews,whichenableaccurateadjustmentofthepanelheighttoalignwiththefloorlevel.
Pleaseensurethatalladjustmentscrewsarerestingonthebasetoachievemaxi-mumstability.

Underthepanelisaprotectivesheetofstrongcardboard.Usethistoprotectthepanelagainstdust,impacts,etc.

Ductlengthcanbecalculatedasfollows:•Panelsshorterthan6000mm:thelengthequalstotalpanellength+5mm.•Panelslongerthan6000mm:theductisextendedfurther1mmpermeterpanel.

Usea2.5mmAllenkey.
NB!Onaccountofthepanel’sloadstrength,itisimportantforalladjustingscrewstobeadjustedcorrectly.
