Description:
Stachnowicz W. (2014). Szata roślinna parku pałacowego w Owińskach (Gmina Czerwonak, Wielkopolska). Bad. Fizjogr., Ser. B, R.V (B63): 39-63. DOI 10.14746/bfb.2014.5.3 Abstract. The article comprises geobotanical documentation of an old, rural-manor park situated in the village Owińska, the suburban area of Poznań (Wielkopolska region, Poland). It comprises 35 phytosociological relevés made in: forests, thickets, ecotones, meadows, aquatic and water margin’s plant communities. Altogether ca. 171 species of vascular plants were observed in the park in 2012, most of which were native. The conclusions are focused on the conservation of the park’s natural diversity and how to limit further appearance of alien plants, which can be both achieved through allowing for the shrub layer to become better developed, particularly on the forest edges.
