1. Visit a farmer’s market. Shop for, then make a meal together, sharing
your favourite recipes and cooking tips.
2. Try something new. Whether it’s Zumba, knitting or cooking, take
a class together for optimal bonding time.
3. Indulge in tea and scones. Put on your Sunday best and treat mom

Ingredients
• 1 organic apple, cored and sliced
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1 orange, with peel
• 2 carrots, whole
• 6 kale leaves, rinsed
• 1 inch of ginger root
Slice up the apple, orange and lemon. Remove the peel from the lemon and add all of the ingredients to your electric juicer. If you are using a blender, remove the orange peel, then place all ingredients in a blender.
