In discussions for this kind of sponsorship, we would meet with you to discuss the kinds of celebrities who will attend conventions like ours and begin a negotiation process with the needs of your brand and our convention in mind so that all terms are included in the celebrity’s contract with us.

Florida Supercon can help your brand reach a large audience of educated people with higher than average income in the South Florida area. Florida Supercon is a family friendly event that promotes geeky culture for very passionate fans. The title sponsor will have a large presence at the front of the event and be able to place signage in key areas around the convention center. The title sponsor will also benefit from inclusion in all advertising for the event across TV, Print, Radio, Social Media, and other Online Advertising.

The title sponsor will get special opportunities to interact with the celebrities attending the event for the purpose of rewarding special clients, employees, and attracting PR. Each engagement has to be carefully negotiated in advance with select celebrities to ensure cooperation.

The registration sponsor will have the opportunity to setup signage in the pre-registration area and place logos on all wristbands, badges and lanyards worn by attendees, artists, celebrities, and exhibitors. There will be over 50,000 wristbands and approximately 3,000 badges with lanyards at the event.

FSC Costume Contest Sponsorship

This flagship event at Florida Supercon draws 3,000 people to the main stage Saturday night as contestants showcase their costuming skills on the runway. The contest has been featured on Syfy’s television show “Heroes of Cosplay” in 2014.

This sponsor receives the same benefits as the event sponsors plus a one minute pre-roll from the main stage before the contest and an opportunity to speak to the audience for 10 minutes during the judging.

Florida Supercon manages an extensive advertising and public relations campaign. For our last show, we ran ads across Cable TV, Broadcast TV, Radio, Print, Facebook, and other Online media.

We have a large base of social connections, including 85,000 Facebook likes on our primary page, 5,700 followers on Twitter, and 3,500 followers on Instagram.

We routinely have total reach greater than 100,000 people per week on the Florida Supercon Facebook page and our tweets get over 30,000 impressions per month on Twitter.

Florida Supercon has 37,000 opt-in email addresses with an average open rate of 25%.

The 10th Annual Florida Supercon will take place June 25-28, 2015 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
