ORDER

Sub: Fixation Strategy for Company Cadre employees who have joined on regular post after31.03.2012

1. The Company vide Notification No.MD/MK/01/Estt./MHR-lll/7886-87 dated 02.09.2013has repealed the Human Capital Manual, Wages and Allowances Manual and PerformanceAppraisal Manual with effect from 31.08.2013 and vide this office Notification No.MD/MK/01/Estt./M-HR-lll/9136 dated 27.09.2013 company has adopted the modifications madeby erstwhile MPSEB vide Order No. 01-07/WAC/4281 dated 13.08.2009 in the Order No. 1369dated 02.03.2009 except that the officers of O-3 cadre shall be included in PB-3 with the sameGrade Pay of Rs. 7600.

2. Fixation of pay of Company Cadre Employees as on 01.09.2013 who were getting salaryas per Grade Pay Structure as on 31.03.2012 shall be done by giving notional increment on1st July' 2012 and 1st July' 2013 as per the 6th Pay Structure over the Basic Pay as on31.03.2012. This has already been made clear vide this office Order No.MD/MK/01/Estt./M-HR-lll/7888-89 dated 02.09.2013

3. Fixation of pay of Company Cadre Employees as on 01.09.2013 who were recruited asper provisions of Wages and Allowance Manual shall be done considering the pay protection ason 31.08.2013 under regulations of FR-22. Granting of additional increment may be consideredif necessary for pay protection.

(i) Initial Pay in Pay Band and Grade Pay for direct recruitment in the cadre ofAE's/JE's/TA's/Line Attendants and equivalent cadre has been defined in erstwhile MPSEB'sOrder No. 01-07/WAC/4281 dated 13.08.2009 adopted by the company.

(ii) Initial Pay in Pay Band and Grade Pay for direct recruitment in the cadre ofDGM's/EE's and Law Assistant & equivalent cadre has been notified vide this office NotificationNo. MD/MK/01/Estt./M-HR-lll/9136 dated 27.09.2013.
