Since February is Black History Month we should all remember and understand that the African-Ameri-can experience is one of the most important threads in the American tapestry. During this month and the rest of the year, I would like to ask people to celebrate the similarities and not focus on the differences between people of different races. So, let’s use the month of February to find out a little more about our rich history!

I hope everyone that is celebrating Valentine’s Day has a wonderful time with loved ones. “Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity.” ~ Henry Van Dyke

As always, everyone here at FLY Media is very thankful for the support from all of our readers, sponsors and partners.

Thank You,

Yoseph AssefaPublisher

“Geography has made us neighbors. History has made us friends. Economics has made us partners, and necessity has made us allies. Those whom God has so joined together, let no man put asunder,” perfectly describes the partnership developed between the members of All Access Live. Masterminds Joseph Salvador, Reality, and Prophecy, are the truth behind the endeavor. Each are established pieces in their fields, they have come together to create a new media empire ordained to make a larger mark with every step.

ALL ACCESS LIVE

Joseph Salvador, or Joe as he introduces himself, is the new media machine behind the scenes of All Access Live. After operating several successful media ventures in the past, BarOptic.com being one of them, and the name of the newest endeavor stemming from the popular show All Access Live, which was a major network deal, All Access Live was born in 2003. His team wired over 65 clubs all over the U.S. creating a network channel of venues in which to stream live events from. The innovative ideas from Joe Salvador have created a ripple effect on the networks of people around him leading to new joint ventures and working with many new faces. Reality is one of those many faces. Reality brings the organic roots to the team. In the late 90’s when the poetry scene in Denver consisted of local coffee shops, and a more conservative crowd, he jumped into the local poetry scene and found success. The real life stories, frustrations, and everyday occurrences he shared with the crowd were received

with surprising love. Finding a place as a natural host for events stemmed from Real’s stage presence, comfort level, and not to mention the poetry he spit. After gaining fame in the poetry scene Reality had his first encounter with Joe. Being in the same social network as Joe, Real became acquainted with his work, and would acknowledge each other but had not conceptualized a way to work together until All Access Live materialized. Prophecy brings the true experience of the media world, with a multiple array of roles in successful ventures. Working with some of the people from the Simpsons, Prophecy helped to create the label Mysitc Three, which would later be known as Three Cicsym, and had some marginal success in

that area. This allowed him to work with some other artist, like the Militia All-Stars, Mr. Tank, and Young Dizz. Dizz was responsible for the Bay area hit, “Burn,” which Prophecy helped to push over 300 thousand copies i n d e p e n d e n t l y . Prophecy’s story runs

“All Access Live content is regularly scoured by industry professionals to find the latest and greatest, making it the perfect outlet for anyone looking to take their craft to the next level. ”

deep and he has worked with many successful ventures, but he stresses the importance of today when he says, “Yeah I made money from the great deals in the past… today is a clean slate. I need to work with my new team and it’s about what were going to do, yesterday is yesterday.” The trio aligned when Joe and Reality started using Prophecy’s studio in Park Hill, “Shaka’s Place,” and he noticed the work ethic and dedication the two gave their projects. Being a self proprietor Prophecy recognized quickly that he wanted to work with these people. Therefore, he brought a successful network of associates and business ventures he previously established to the table for All Access Live. Prophecy has since secured deals with people like Collipark Music, and All Pro Sports and Entertainment among others. With plenty of success to talk about in the past already in the bag, All Access Live is all about the future, and for them the future is now. The functionality of the idea of this company is natural. Take the established networks of communication and combine it with a grass-roots approach to give proprietors the opportunity to use technology and the media’s capabilities to successfully market a product, whatever it may be. Working with Lincoln Financial Media, newly acquired Clear Channel stations, major deals within the music and entertainment industry they are a foot into the game before fully launching. As

a media outlet All Access Live is wrapped in the latest technologies. Joe describes the mix between live streaming video, broadcast capabilities, and real solutions for media that are impressive. Partners working with the All Access network are able to deliver broadcast quality streams, manage all their media, and market their products using all the latest media available. All Access Live is presently providing media and video production solutions for partners like KS107.5, KYGO, FM 104.3 The Fan, Clear Channel, beModel, jockLIFE, and many more. Since All Access is a multi-faceted media entity they also have Pay Per View solutions. All Access Live can broadcast a live show, from any of their venues, and charge consumers anywhere in the world to watch the event therefore maximizing the audience that can be reached for any occasion. Companies are eager to work with All Access because of all the people who are using their network capabilities to find new opportunities. All Access Live content is regularly scoured by industry professionals to find the latest and greatest, making it the perfect outlet for anyone looking to take their craft to the next level. The realization of a dream for multiple people has made All Access Live a reality. The culmination of talents assembled has shown these gentlemen that they have the tools to make this another successful venture on the road to prosperity. All Access live will soon be unveiling a social network that will be fully integrated with their broadcast capabilities, allowing All Access Live, and people around the world, to broadcast events and utilize their services, and connect with likeminded people. All Access Live is eager to work with local artists, companies, and venues to help make their dreams happen. For the listeners they will broadcast live shows from Herman’s Hideaway, amongst other places, that you can watch live on the Internet from home. For business owners and entertainers, All Access provides a free web player that can reroute a live show through their network so that all of their supporters can view their work easily.
