New York - Rotterdam - Curacao SITUATION: In The Netherlands, in fact globally, there’s an enormous talent present within youngster who are living in the shadows of our society. Youngsters who do not get equal opportunities, in comparison with peers, to develop their talent or be productive members of their communities. And therefore we say this MUST change.

MISSION: Metamorfose recognizes and appreciates this talent and provides a life-changing nourishing environment for youth to flourish. Metamorfose is committed to all the undiscovered talented youngsters without the opportunity to develop their own unique talent. In a healthy environment they are mentally and physically challenged with the aim to create awareness, develop their unique talent and unleash their full potential, eventually transforming into talented productive members of their communities.

EXECUTION: Within the next few years Metamorfose creates several centers in and outside The Netherlands, where youngsters discover, increase their skills and learn how to put that in favor of their community, or a specific company. Within these healthy centers a magnificent and dynamic program is presented. A program that stimulates both mental and physical growth. Given our years of expertise in working with youngsters, we can get to the core of this infinite potential more effective than other trainers. Competitors will therefore come to Metamorfose with a proposal to share our success factor. The centers will, unlike now, run with a minimum possible financial support from the government. Because besides running a bold innovative life-changing program, we will focus on generating income for or through the centers. Examples are the realization of a dining place, catering on location or a bed and breakfast. Initiatives where a number of youngsters can fully use their newly developed talents. We will also actively approach benefactors and private companies for a donation or long-term investment in our centers. To them we will offer a win-win situation. Benefactors who invest in our centers will receive more recognition. Companies are so directly in contact with talented youngsters. In other words; good potential candidates for their company.

We strongly believe that everything is connected. And that's why we work from a holistic view. Our life-changing program will have the following key components;

We provide a 36 - 40 weeks life-changing program. And for those in need of a safe place to stay, Metamorfose can provide temporary refuge. A place where you get guidance on your way to independence and be back on track.
