OGM Technical Institute was established in Australia in 2012 with a wholly owned Indian subsidiary, OGM Technical Institute India Pvt. Ltd. following in early 2015 expanding OGM reach. We are currently working to establish OGM Technical Institute Saudi Arabia. OGM delivers Australian trade skills vocational training with accredited trainers, contextualised to local industry needs at costs that enable a high volumes of trainee graduates. Our key objective is to deliver hands on trade skills training to globally certified standards combining in class, and intern on-site training to produce proven ‘work ready’ graduates. Courses are selected to ensure pathways to work force placement where there is industry demand. We constantly engage with industry to identify skills shortages. OGM courses run through two, four and six month training units inclusive of training content, trainers certified to Australian standards, day to day quality management of training delivery, database management of student records, bi-annual independent Government audits and certified assessment for the awarding of qualifications To ensure trainees gain the required skills that match industry requirements, OGM courses combine technical and practical training with 30 – 40% delivered in classroom focusing on technical training, and 60 – 70% delivered on site with real work situational exposure that ensures skills are developed under supervised working situations. http://ogmti.com.au/
