BootH sPaCe PrICIngdepending on the event location, exhibit booth space will be located in a large tent or hangar. the layout is subject to change.

Pricing: 10’ x 10’ = $650 each; you may request up to a 10’ x 20’ booth for $1,300

aIrCraft DIsPlaY sPaCe PrICIngPricing: single engine aircraft: $400.00 each

twin engine aircraft: $475.00 each

if you would like to add a table, 4 chairs, and umbrella patio set next to your aircraft space, there is an additional fee:

Pricing: single engine aircraft with patio set: $500.00 each twin engine aircraft with patio set: $575.00 each

Location Preference: For every paid aircraft on the static ramp, you are allowed to have an aircraft on the demonstration ramp at no charge. you must have at least one aircraft on the static ramp in order to have aircraft on the demonstration ramp.

rUles & regUlatIons

Terms: This reservation form represents your offer to participate and is subject to acceptance by AOPA. AOPA reserves the right to terminate your reservation unless all your financial accounts with AOPA and or its subsidiaries are current 30 days prior to each event.

AssignmenTs: Booths cannot be sublet or shared. All space is assigned on a first come first serve basis. AOPA will attempt to honor the first choice of an exhibitor. If the booths selected are filled the closest possible booth will be assigned. The floor plan is subject to change at each location.

BOOTh sPecificATiOns: All booths are 10’ x 10’ on the floor plan. Pipe and drape backdrops are 8’ feet high and booths may not exceed 10’ height limit. Side rails are 3’ high. Booth furnishings may not extend out further than 5’ from the back wall, as to not impede the line of sight for neighbors on either side.

cOnTrAcTOrs: AOPA will be using a General Services Contractor who will supply all tent, furnishings and electrical needs. Some of the items may sub-contracted by the contractor including some of the labor.

cAnceLLATiOns: There will be no refunds for cancellations.

scheDuLe—seT uP • Booth Set up will begin the Friday before the event from Noon to 5:00pm and will resume Saturday the day of the event from 6:30–8:30am. • Aircraft arrivals may begin the Friday before the event starting at Noon and must arrive no later by 7:30am the morning of the event.

If for any reason these scheduled move-in times do not work, please contact us directly so we can accommodate your needs.
