PepsiCo India wanted a transparent procurement change campaign to educate all the

levels of management to their new procurement program “Mantra”.

The idea was to promote ‘save to grow’. The idea was thought and executed and it’s

implementation was done on all media through out the company in India and

globally. With Audio visuals, posters, edm’s, website activation the event took

less than the expected time as the program started to gain in!uence in the company
