R Systems, formerly aka. IBIZCS, was appointed in August 2004, followed by a detailed mapping of FNA’s business require-ments in October. Training sessions for staff were conducted in November, which was immediately followed by a pilot run in December. A few weeks later, FNA had successfully rolled out its spanking new ERP system, just in time for the new calendar year.
