have a priority access number, please remain on the line and someone will be with you shortly.”3. Enter your PIN. Once your “PIN” is verified, the call advances you to the front of the queue. If the PIN is not active, you will hear:
“The number you have entered is not valid, please try again.” 4. You are allowed a total of three (3) tries. If on the third (3rd) try the “PIN” is still not found to be active, the call moves into the standard rotation.

As a new Key Dealer, you will receive a welcome letter which will include your unique Key Dealer ID number and Hotline Priority Access PIN. Furthermore, you’ll receive a welcome kit containing items that make you recognizable in the field as a Franklin Electric Key Dealer.
Become A Key Dealer
The Franklin Electric Key Dealer Program offers a suite of services designed to help distinguish you from your competition. These services range from product protection, professional development, and marketability, to unlocking exclusive access for savings and aid. Franklin Electric Key Dealers are the best of the best in the groundwater industry. The better you are, the better we are, resulting in a more advanced and more educated industry.

5. Franklin Electric reserves the right to warrant and replace only the defective part or assembly component. Warranty does not apply to items that may need to be replaced under normal wear: pump shaft seals, capacitors, pressure switches, etc.
6. Four-inch single-phase and three-phase Franklin Electric motors must be used with Franklin Electric Control Boxes or Drive Systems.
7. For clean water applications only (excluding sewage and effluent pumps). Four-inch specialty motor products are not covered by this program.
8. Warranty valid in the USA and Canada only.
9. Replacement products provided under the Extended Warranty policy shall have a warranty period for balance of the remaining warranty of the original product sold to the registered Franklin Electric Key Dealer.
10. Franklin Electric products sold via the internet or any other non-authorized source do not qualify for Key Dealer program terms.
We are so confident in our products that we are willing to back them with an industry-leading warranty that gives you the confidence to make Franklin Electric your brand of choice. The Company shall have the sole right to choose whether to repair or replace defective equipment, parts, or components.
Key Dealer Extended Warranty Requirements
Pump Products
1. Dealer must be registered in the Franklin Electric Key Dealer Program when eligible products are purchased.
2. All warranty claims must be submitted to, and processed through, an authorized Franklin Electric distributor.
3. Extended warranty period is measured from manufacture date code on the product unless noted above.
4. Extended warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship and does not apply to any product that has been subject to negligence, misapplication, improper installation or maintenance. The motor, pump, and control must be installed according to Franklin Electric recommendations found in the AIM Manual. Franklin Electric reserves the right to void warranty if it is determined that well conditions or the application of the product caused the equipment failure. Some examples of motor/pump/control failures that are not covered under this policy include, but are not limited to: top feeding wells without a motor flow sleeve, water hammer, electrical surges, lightning, improper control settings and upthrust. Refer to the Franklin Electric Limited Warranty statement and Field Reference Guide for additional details.

(2) Pump and motor – 5 years (60 months) from date of installation or 66 months from manufacture date code, whichever occurs first. Drive - 24 months from date of installation and 36 months from manufacture date code.
(3) Key Dealer extended warranty is 24 months from date of installation, not to exceed 36 months from manufacture date code.
(4) Only when installed with a Franklin Electric motor.
(5) Not to include FPS Irrigation & Industrial Surface catalog products.
Products such as Severe Service, CBM, 316SS and Oil Stripper do not have an extended warranty period due to the conditions and natures of these installations. (6) Only when installed with a Franklin Electric Control Box, SubMonitor or Franklin Electric drive family system. Otherwise, 12/24 month warranty from manufacture date code applies.
(7) Key Dealer extended warranty is 36 months from date of installation, but in no event to exceed 48 months from the date of manufacture, when installed with a new Franklin Electric drive, control or panel, based on properly set parameters and completed Key Dealer warranty registration submitted within 30 days of installation. Otherwise, Franklin Electric’s standard warranty applies. Note: SSP, SPS, and SPS-RV control panels do not qualify for extended motor warranty.
(8) Key Dealer extended warranty is 36 months from date of installation, but in no event to exceed 48 months from date of manufacture, based on properly set parameters and completed Key Dealer warranty registration submitted within 30 days of installation. Otherwise, Franklin Electric’s standard warranty applies. Note: SPS control panels do not qualify.

Franklin Electric will reimburse Key Dealers $180 once every 12 months for placing an ad with Yellow Pages, whether it be in print or digital format. The ad must identify Franklin Electric or a Franklin Electric brand, and must not identify a Franklin Electric competitor in order to qualify for reimbursement. A copy of the ad and invoice, along with a completed W9 form for US dealers, must be submitted to the program administrator. This form can be downloaded at keydealer.franklinwater.com.
