ROQ operates in its own facilities with a covered area of approximately 398.000 sq. ft. The company was an experienced and successful with several awards that tell the tale of a successful industry of heavy machinery. The core business is still automatic screen-printing machines but the digital division is galloping following the world trend of DTG.A world leader in its field of activity - manufacture of machinery and equipment for textile printing, digital textile printing and packaging - currently employs over 500 people distributed among its different departments.With functional facilities and qualified and experienced professionals, ROQ has the most advanced tools and technologies in the area of engineering, design and product development. The manufactured equipment is of its own design, developed by a highly specialized technical department to match any project specifications, aiming at the quality it is known for.

ROQ provides automatic screen-printing machines, Digital printing machines and a full line of folding, packing and labelling machines. Our moto is: “Creating Solutions”. Under that moto, we designed our modus operandi. We receive contacts from around the world, we have our teams visit the potential client, we evaluate the conditions and the need (type of printing jobs, drying, folding or just packing, etc.). With this information we design, build, deliver and service the proper solution.Whether you need a circular screen-printing machine, or an oval screen-printing machine, or a fully digital printing machine, we will deliver it to you, on time.After acquiring a ROQ machine you become part of the family and you will have direct contact with our global network of agents that are prepared to intervene and provide you with the needed assistance in any part of the globe.

The ROQFOLD folds any kind and/or shape of garment such as: T-shirts (with or without sleeves), sweat shirts, polos (long or short sleeve), trousers, skirts, dresses, etc. The secret to this flexibility is its 3 folding stations, sleeves, body and final fold. ROQFOLD has 2 configurations, with 3 folding stations or without the sleeves folding station, making the machine to occupy less space in your shop. This configuration is advised to fold t-shirts only. You can also decide if the output module is simple or with a deliverer that will connect with a packing solution. The ROQFOLD is ready to be coupled with ROQ’s automatic packaging line: ROQBAG or ROQPACK. One operator runs the machine from the loading station. With a processing speed of 700 pieces/hour the ROQFOLD is one of the fasters machines on the market. Quick, accurate, easy to use, economic, safe and efficient.

BAGGING MACHINE

The ROQBAG is a bagging machine that provides the perfect packaging for anygarments you work with. It uses premade bags. The ROQBAG bags automatically all type of garments and it is one of the fastest bagging machines in the market, with a production of 600 pieces per hour. You can choose to use bags with an adhesive strip or a bag with no glue and the ROQBAG tapes it for you making it perfectly sealed. It does not require a dedicated operator; its software is intuitive and it can be controlled from the ROQFOLD.

PACKING MACHINE

ROQPACK is designed to pack different types of garments.The machine receives the folded garment and creates a complete bag made outof 2 rolls of plastic. The bag is done through a flawless plastic welding system, ithas an automatic system for collecting the plastic waste and allows and unlimited bag length. It can be coupled with the ROQFOLD and the ROQLABEL, in line or at a 90º angle depending on the available space. It comes with several options for air removal from the bag. It can create a flap bag or weld it directly. The ROQPACK has a maximum processing speed of 1200 pieces per hour.

STACKING ACCESSORIES

The ROQSTACK is a module that enhances the ROQ packing line. TheROQSTACK function is to stack the folded garments. This opens the range ofservices. The way it works is simple but the result of years of engineering. The ROQSTACK is attached to the end of the ROQFOLD. It is controlled from the control panel of the ROQFOLD. This is where the user defines the number of pieces per stack and the maximum height of the stack. After a stack is complete there are 2 options, either goes into a conveyer belt and starts a new stack, or it goes into a packing solution and the ROQSTACK starts a new stack. If it goes into the conveyer belt then the stacks need to be accommodated into the ship-ping boxes; in the other solution the packing solution will finish the task.

Applies size tag during folding process. Does not print. Combines with ROQFOLD.

Prints label and applies it to the garment top. Combines with ROQPACK and ROQFOLD.

This module is assembled between the position 2 and 3 of the ROQFOLD. After folding the sleeves and body but before the final fold. It applies pre-printed labels that come in a roll.

The ROQLABEL P&A prints and applies a label to the garment. The garment comes out folded, packed and the label is then applied. The label is completely configurable according to the customer needs. Positioned at the end of the packing machine, it simplifies and makes the labelling a uniform process. The labelling, adds value to the automatic folding and packing. You will be able to provide a complete service and presentation.

LABELING MACHINES

ROQ has developed a highly productive, robust and reliable labelling machinethat works in sync with the fold and pack line. The ROQLABEL A, applies pre-printed labels between folding steps. For customers who need to apply and print labels according to their needs, we have developed ROQLABEL P & A and ROQLABEL P & AR. These two machines automatically print and apply labels to the packaging. These work in sync with ROQ packaging machines, fully automatic, and without human intervention.
