- 10mm Socket with Extension

- Drill with 1/8” and ¼” Drill bit

- Wrench for Battery Terminal

- #3 Phillips Screwdriver

- T-30 Torx Driver

B. Attach the bottom mounting bracket to the enclosure using the (2) M6 screws and washers.

C. Extract the 2 10mm bolts and 2 rivets to remove the panel behind the passenger side front wheel.

D. Follow the directions to cut out the drill template and place in the cavity behind the panel that was just removed. Drill the 2 holes indicated on the template. When folded correctly, the template should sit in place as shown.

A. Remove the flat trim piece above the glove box by pulling straight out toward the grab bar and remove the (2) 10mm bolts that secure the top of the glove box. If the vehicle is equipped with the factory winch, the connection will need to be unplugged once the glove box is removed.

E. Place the enclosure on the passenger side floorboard, tilt the top of the enclosure toward the center of the vehicle and angle the bottom in toward the center using a sideways motion. The enclosure is placed correctly when it sits flush against the sidewall and the floor, do not try to align the enclosure to the firewall, this will cause the enclosure to lift off the floor.

F. Screw (2) M6 screws with washers through the drilled holes into the enclosure. Replace the factory inner fender panel.

G. Once the glove box and enclosure are in place and glove box function has been checked make sure the enclosure is flush to the floor and sidewall, mark the mounting holes inside the enclosure and on the floor bracket.

GI. Connect the speaker harness to the subwoofer, be sure to

connect the “+” speaker wire to the “+” subwoofer terminal and the “-“ speaker wire to the “-“ subwoofer terminal. Mount the subwoofer in the enclosure.

J. Using the utility knife, cut the 2 small plastic bungs off of the back of the glove box, this will allow more clearance for the glove box to align properly.

JK. Route the speaker wire away from any moving parts and any

sharp metal and connect to the amplifier. After the system has been tested, re-assemble any vehicle parts that were removed.

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

For proper sound, ensure the speaker polarity is correct connect the “+” to the “+” and the “-“to the “-“from the speaker wire to the amplifier. If using with an SSV Works complete system refer to the amplifier wiring instructions for more detailed wiring information.
